Romantic, rustic and quiet hotel ideal to disconnect with your partner.

The entrance to the pool is through the exterior so if it’s rainy or cold you find yourself walking through the garden in sleepers and swimsuit. There is no changing room available if you get in fully dressed .

Beautiful surroundings and natural environment. Beautiful hotel, well decorated and everything looked new.

Nothing really. I felt that the breakfast had too much choice and felt that some items were not so fresh but it was hard to know if there were enough clients to eat it all.

Well appointed and quiet. Nice gardens and setting.

It’s a minor thing but we really wanted a cold beer when we arrived. They have no draft beer and only had fruit beers or a very strong malt. Really surprised they didn’t stock a blonde. But again, a minor point. Another small point - we enjoyed aperitifs on the Terrace before dinner. The drinks could have been served a garnish (a slice of lemon in a G and T) and the mixers were flat.

Lovely setting and grounds. Enjoyed the facilities - the steam room and sauna and a dip in the pool. We were cycling from London to Paris. It was a perfect place to spend the night and relax. Had a really good meal in the evening (although quite a small menu). Good wine, reasonably priced and friendly, attentive service. Would definitely stay again if In the area.
