Room size is small to keep our four-five piece of baggage. The lift is very small and stops in between the two floors, so we have to use stairs to carry our heavy luggage thru some steps of small stairs, which is very difficult for aged people. In the room, locker is provided but it is on floor level, so it is very difficult to operate.

Double bed size and mattress is very comfortable and good. Cleanliness of the room is very good. Every day room make-up personnel doing used towel change. Shampoo, body wash and hand soap is of good quality. I have not availed breakfast.

We were very satisfied. The hotel is clean and has an excellent location near the metro with a connection to Versailles. The rooms are smaller but sufficient for sleeping for a few nights. The staff is excellent. Is really worth of paid money

Location is perfect, rooms are small, but absolutely OK for Paris, comparable to other hotels of the same category. Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Breakfast - excellent value for the money.

Room was very small (but that is fine), however the door of the bathroom would not shut properly. There was also no lock on the bathroom door so as a sliding pocket door it kept sliding open - making for some awkward moments haha.

Very good location with metro close to hotel, and on a quiet street. There is a patisserie/boulangerie a minutes walk away and also a food shop and pharmacy. 15min walk to lively streets with restaurants in the Montmartre area! Staff were available 24/7 so if you go out and come back after midnight there will be someone at the desk to let you in - felt very safe.

Room was not so big, and no closets in the rooms. Also, there is no slippers in the room.

Hotels location was great, it is close to Guy Moquet metro station, and the neighbourhood is lovely and safe. Also roooms-sheets and the bathroom was clean, and thanks to the staff they cleaned and tidyed the place every day. Also staff was very helpfull and charming.

1.Pretty far from all the tourist attractions although the metro is available 5mins away. 2.Rude receptionist 3. Took money for breakfast but there wasn’t breakfast for 2 days out of 3 (all the items wasn’t there). Had to tell the staff to bring food but the third day we didn’t even bother eating.

Amazing hotel for the price. Room is a bit on the smaller side despite booking the superior deluxe room. Overall ambiance is nice.

Had left do not disturb on my door but cleaner still entered, wash cloth was taken. Staff were apologetic and made sure it didn’t happen again (which it didn’t). Walls are quite thin so my room which was next to the stairs/lift, could hear everything - would recommend earplugs.

Hotel was clean and liked that the room had a tea/coffee station and bottles of water. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Wish the breakfast was longer (e.g. until 11), it lasted until 10 but after 9 there were fewer options. Would appreciate more hangers in the room (e.g. there was nowhere in the room to hang the coat).

Amazing location, close to the subway and other attractions in Montmartre, great restaurants in vicinity. Good options at breakfast, would recommend. Surprisingly many TV options.

The general state of the common area, tiny stairs, lift and rooms. Stained or holy sheet. No thin curtains so the very close neighbour buildings do not to see inside the room.

I love the comfort of the bed and the pillows. The water pressure was great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Area isn't the best area of Paris, however the hotel itself is good for the price.

Staff were very friendly. Location was good for le trianon theatre show we went to, however if you are looking to visit tourist attractions of Paris, not the location unless you get to know the bus/tram schedules.

Its not something we didnt like but rather a suggestion, to keep some coffee / tea bags in the room.

The rooms were clean (especially the bathroom 😬). It was very accessible to / from public transport. There were many restaurants around. And friendly staff.
