We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyYou can't control the heating in your room. The system was broken and the staff took all efforts to fix things, but that didn't change the fact that I had to sleep with open windows, which environmentally is a nightmare and with the noise going on at the central place at night made this a rather short night for me. Cannot blame the staff who really tried to help, but a hotel which doesn't allow me to control the heating in my room, frankly, is a no-go to me.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Jandri express.

Very central, fantastic staff who were all so friendly and helpful ! We stayed in the family suite for one night before taking a larger apartment for a week as we were a group of 5 with teenagers -would have liked to stay here longer if we were just a couple or had smaller kids! Food on half board was very good!

United Kingdomit probably has the best location in les deux alpe. beautiful views from the terrace and central to everything. Rooms were a good size and the bathroom was newly decorated. The dining room and bar were lovely but as it was the summer we sat outside. A beautiful terrace that has heaters in the winter. Breakfast was good and although we didn't eat in the restaurant i heard from friends who live in the resort that the food is excellent. friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English against my limited french!

United KingdomCleanliness - very dirty hotel, dust balls underneath all beds. Facilities - sub standard, staff were very rude and entitled. Very expensive for quality of products and service. Very cold as the radiators are hardly ever turned on and the windows don’t seal properly - I could feel a breeze while laying in bed with the window and curtains closed.

NetherlandsIt would’ve been nice to have the extra bed in the room with the two single beds, so the kids could’ve slept in one room. But I realize that would’ve been impossible with the current floor plan.
Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main lift. Parking was free around town and widely available, although it might be more difficult to find a parking space during high season. The family suite was great for a family with 3 kids. Breakfast and diner were excellent. It was also nice to have a kitchenette for some extra drinks and snacks in the room.

United KingdomOur room key was not available on arrival at 1am . it had been locked in reception . Despite mentioning this , there were numerous opportunities to offer a goodwill gesture ( as we ate in restaurant on a number of occasions) which were not take up and the receptionist became quite rude as we left on Friday evening . It would have solved our problem if a good will gesture had been made . I had travelled with my young daughters who were tired on arrival and wanted to go to sleep
bedroom . they Dutch guy from restaurant who managed to locate someone for us when we arrived at 1am and was eventually after time able to access reception for us .
