We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere is no aircon and the room was fairly warm. Opening the window lets in the noise. That is just the way the hotel is and it's convenient location on a main road.
Buffet breakfast is great with the opportunity to boil your own eggs. Lots of choice of bread, ham, hot items, cheese and sweet cakes. Lovely.

United KingdomWe had our car broken into in the car park and a few valuables stolen , i know that the hotel is not responsible but the attitude of the staff wasn’t very sympathetic and perhaps some additional security lighting and a camera might deter the culprits in the future .

IsraelRoom was very small, especially the bathroom. It had a bad smell in the toilet. The wifi didnt work. No aircondition, just a window that was easily accessed from the garden. No English TV channel.
Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a lot of variety. Hotel had a lot of parking. Bed was comfortable.
