There was unfortunately very little room for luggage. A kettle would have been great. Lights had some electrical tape over the switches and felt a bit unsafe, and there were only a few plugs in the room. Would have been nice to have more sockets.

Towels included, and really great value for money. Breakfast was adequate but could have done with some fruit perhaps. Beds were comfy enough and the top bunk was a bit of fun. Was definitely a "traveler" vibe but perfectly fine for us stopping by for one night while on a road trip.

Communication regarding how to get in could've been better. Other people's reviews helped us to get inside.

Location was close to the highway which made it a nice stop on our way further south. The room is very small but contains everything you need. Not too pricy either.

The unexpected complexity for check in. It would be great if there was better, and more appropriate information provided up front about having to check in by using a machine. It was a first by us. Also better instructions around the check in machine. Including in different languages. We were not the only one that were having trouble checking in when we arrived. And the spoke a different language to us. Also both of us hit our heads on the bunk bed overhead. It would be better if edges that are exposed where you can hit your head were padded to reduce bruising and pain.

The location was great. And now we have learnt more about how this works for access etc, we would use them again. We were able to get phone support for access that we were greatfull for. Without that we would not have been able to stay, and we needed to sleep. It is basic, yet for the price we were okay with that and felt safe.

Breakfast area was a bit cramped. Very motel-like style - ie the rooms are straight off the outside walkways, meaning noise can travel easily.

Functional hotel for overnight stay; room was comfortable enough, motel-style breakfast was OK. Staff were helpful, and allowed us to check in slightly early. Like many similar hotels, the location is a semi-industrial/office area on the outskirts of town; but it was relatively quiet and not far to drive into the centre of Blois for the evening.

Traffic in the area is hell around 6 pm. It took me half an hour for the last 2 km to reach the hotel. This is because the hotel is located in an industrial area and everybody is going home around this time. Avoid to arrive at rush hour on weekdays ! Price is too high compared to similar budget hotels

Air conditioner was found broken (like other hotel in the same chain). Attendant was unable to fix it. provided a fan to try to alleviate the situation. Sleep was not comfortable and the hotel was supposedly fully booked so attendant was not able to give us another room. He didn't agree to give us a rebate for our trouble. Attendant suggested that if we had not prepaid for breakfast it would have been comped but as at check-in the attendant insisted that we paid for breakfast as we believed it was already included in the booking this was not available anymore. Appropriate response in our opinion, for attendant should have been to rebook us in other facilities near by without additional costs. Our rating would have been a lot better if something like this had been done for us.

Vincent was helpful and responsive. suite layout was better than others breakfast was corresponding to status of hotel.
