Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good location, close to beaches and a convenient bus ride from the croisette. A wonderful garden with a nice pool area and serene environment. Would definitely recommend this and we will be back!

There's a noisy train line between the gardens and beach, and the unit needs air conditioning, but these factors wouldn't put me off booking again. There were so many positives, it was heavenly and we were sad to leave.

What a gorgeous, retro mini bedsit apartment with the most glorious, clean pool and sea view from our balcony. Great electric canopy which was a life-saver on all the super hot, sunny balcony days. The rooftop terrace was a stunning bonus, and the host couldn't have been nicer, nor harding working. When I come to Cannes again I will never stay anywhere else.

The room I was given was on the ground floor and so had just a glimpse of the sea, not the expansive sea view that I had expected from the price.

My room had been refurbished superbly - I enjoyed the decor and it was extremely comfortable. I loved the panoramic view from the roof top terrace and enjoyed the swimming pool and its garden surrounds.

The room has no AC. As we stayed here during summer it was very tough... There only was ceiling ventilation but this was not enough to concur the heat at night.

Very nice stay, close to Cannes. You can easily reach the city center of Cannes by public transport, or by foot (30 min walk). Appartement in front of the sea and with a very nice swimming pool surrounded by a nice green garden. Room was clean, beds and shower as it should be.

Veles Plage is a little gem on fhe French Riviera walkable distiamce to the beach and Cannes, close to a train station to explore the Riviera by train. The perfect location to explore the region and enjoy a day at the beach.

- Having AC rather than a fan would have improved the experience as it was extremely hot during our stay. - The wifi requires to log in again every day. - The overall look and decoration of the apartment we stayed in could use a more modern touch.

- The garden and the swimming pool are amazing. It's so relaxing and peaceful. It's very well kept and always clean. - The view was very nice on the seaside and on the garden, and the balcony was quite large. - The location was quite good, there is a bus stop right beside the residence and it's also possible to walk to the center. - The hosts are really nice and discreet. - The beach is just 5min away by foot. - There is the possibility to do laundry. - There is a gas station selling basic food and items right across the street. - There is a train station very close, which can be reached by foot very easily, to go explore other cities.

This facility include a awsome teopical garden made by the property, the place is good for kids sice they also have a nice and clean pool and they also provide kid toys for the beach. is there also a nice terrace with sea view where you can take sun while the garden offer some shadow. From the facility you can reach the center of cannes by walking 80% on a nice boardwalk and the remaing 20% on a narrow boradwalk that municipality should improve considering the value of the location. The beach is just 100 meters from the facity. By car you can easilly reach antibes and other main location in the area.

The decor in the public areas internally are not really to our taste. There were really bright oranges and 70s themed wallpaper in the hallway. The apartment decor and furniture is very basic and not overly comfortable. The beds are fine but the other furnishings feel dated - not designed for comfort. A new set of furniture with softer and more comfortable finishing would be nice. It's not terrible at all - but for the cost - it could be a little more comfortable. Overall though this is a lovely apartment block so don't be put off!

Independent, privately run apartment block with some very interesting and lovely features. Very pleasant management and keen to be of service. Good view of the sea from our room bedroom. The 2 bed apartment is spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette with basic catering facilities including hob and microwave and fridge. 30 minute walk to Cannes (5-10 min cab) 5 min from Cannes la Bocca station. Gas station with small shop nearby. Lovely pool area with seating although we didn't use the facilities due to the poor October weather. There is apparently a rood terrace but we didn't go up there. From the roadside this is a pretty building with secure, electric entry gate. The reception is cute and small and there are seats outside as well as a little reception area with a vending machine. Access was very easy from the main road and from the beach side through private locked gates. We visited in the autumn we can imagine it is very beautiful in the season. The building was clean overall.
