This is the second time i have use this hotel and i have to report that the staff is lacking motivation. The management should try to ask the staff what is wrong and to assist them performing their duties.

No one was able to communicate in English from hotel staff during breakfast. Two almost rude employees that were assigned to prepare some eggs, were not taking any orders and they served only scramble eggs because this was the easier fro them.

In general the hotel was clean, but during our stay there was weird bad smell everywhere (in the room, in the hallway and on the stairs). Maybe it was something temporary, and after you get used to it you don't feel it, but in the beginning it wasn't nice. In the room for 3 people were only 2 sets of towels and 1 bottle of water. Minor: We have arrived after 23:00 and only the bar downstairs was open, but it didn't have any food, would be nice to have at least some sandwiches available. Will be good to write the sauna/pool opening times in the description of the hotel.

A very good breakfast! It had more choice than it is usual in other hotels. Food was very fresh and delicious. A surprisingly good shampoo and shower gel. That's rare. Private parking behind the fence, although it is easily accessible by strangers but it feels better than to keep the car just on the street. Friendly and helpful staff.

There were limited options for breakfast. The breakfast lounge needs a little bit of updating. We could not use the outdoor swimming pool as it was not heated to meet current weather conditions during our stay. The nearest train station is far by walk and you would need to take taxi/Drive to get by.

The spa facilities were great but you have to pay to have access. The scenery/Golf course was tranquil and nice. Good Parking space if you drive. The staff were quite friendly.

Staff in the restaurant was not very friendly. Dinner was all one price 19 € per dinner no variation possible. No vegetarian dishes on the menu.

Only a few downsides - spa and wellness is not included in your stay even though one night is 200 euros. Bar was not opened during our stay, and the outside pool shuts too early There could also be more variery of foods for breakfast

Nice and clean hotel - very quite area so relaxing Nice breakfast so tasty and Regis the guy that does the breakfast is a legend he looked after us so much like family.

The great view towards the golf course The fact that the hotel went the extra mile by allowing my dog to stay for free, because my TV was not working. The very friendly receptionist had also offered me to change room.

Amazing location. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of city but extremely quiet and green. Loved the peaceful stay, exceptional views from hotel room, breakfast menu and courteous helpful staff. Would love to be back.

Still early in the season but there were a few things that could have been better. For example, bar closed up at 11 (despite there being no alternatives for miles around).

For a golfing weekend the location was perfect. Staff friendly and rooms as you'd expect.
