Given it is not a hotel, cleaning is not performed daily. It was not performed for a minimum of 4 days, unfortunate as clean towels and sheets would have made our stay a 10/10

The location is okay once you figure out which buses and trains to take; however, it is a while away from significant attractions (1 hour to the Eiffel Tower). Breakfast was amazing, and there was great variety. The staff was very friendly. Amazing Thai restaurant below the residence, and it was phenomenal!

It's a 15min walk to the nearest RER/metro, and on the dates we stayed the service was a bit limited (half hourly RERs). Not a big problem, though.

Great stay, comfy rooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly reception staff, and very helpful. Underground parking.

The location is not the best.. if you dont mind taking the metro/bus for 1 hour to get to the centre of the city then I would really recommend this place.

Breakfast and coffee weren't my favourite. There is some room for improvement. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff was amazing from start to end.. Good sized rooms and good garage access. 30-minute drive to the centre and good option of restaurants around.

Some noise from adjoining bathrooms, managed by keeping the bathroom door firmly closed. Breakfast area was a bit chaotic and some choices were already limited at 8am, so better to get there early!

Modern aparthotel tucked away in a new suburb of Ivry. Secure underground parking. Supermarket close by. Restaurant choices are very close or just a short walk away. Good size room and all clean and tidy. Good choice at breakfast. In room facilities mean that for a longer stay you are not reliant on restaurants. Fast wifi.

There was a slight odor in the room

The staff especially Amera was extremely helpful. They went beyond the call of duty to help. Whether it was helping you negotiate the subway or ordering in food or finding good restaurants within the area. The assistance was greatly appreciated.

It asked for a hold of 100 Euros additionally and there was a delay in the removing the hold after checked out.

Met all the expectations, stayed 3 nights. Staff were friendly. And the room was very good and it had facilities to prepare meals. It can be highly recommended.

Quite far from the main attractions- at least 45 minutes travel time when you’re taking the public transportations

The atmosphere of the room gave me a feeling that I was at home. It’s very comfortable. I also love the terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also good.

The night reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage at reception until we came back late from our day in Paris. The rooms were a good size and the small kitchenette was a bonus. We had two rooms with interleading doors, great for families. Would stay here again if we vist Paris

No air conditioning if it had been hotter it may have been uncomfortable. It was a little hard to find initially.

It was new. Staff were helpful and kind. We do not speak French but we were able to communicate with the staff well. The room was clean and comfortable. The laundry system was new to us so we had to work out how to use it. It was a reasonable walk to the metro. All good.

While our stay was enjoyable, it's worth mentioning that the hotel was a bit far from the city center, requiring at least two rides with bus and metro to reach attractions. Additionally, there weren't many interesting places in close proximity to the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was very good. The hotel offered great value for the amenities provided—a modern ambiance, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. The location in a quiet area was a plus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the availability of underground parking made our stay even more convenient.
