No big issues. The breakfast was quite expensive, but tastefull and good options. It is not the most modern hotel, but the price was really friendly.

The staff behind the reception was incredibly friendly. Both at check-in as during check-out. We had a comfortable stay, might book again.

As we are elderly we would prefer a separate shower stall rather than a shower over the bath.

Friendly and helpful staff. Meals in the restaurant were very good. Hotel is easy to get to off the motorway.

- lack of sound proofing of rooms. Eg I could hear the doors of the other rooms slam. - water stains on the shower lever made it look like it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived.

While booking, I included the dinner. However, I came to know various restrictions once I checked-in. For example, there is a limitation (25 Euro per Adult and 13 Euro per child, Children can't order the normal menu as they can order only the kids menu, etc). This should have been mentioned while booking the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was already well impressed with the family friendly atmosphere and many play options for my 4 year old son. This time was travelling with our family dog and was really impressed with the reception of the dog. Not only where dog bowls already prepared in our room, the dog was treated like royalty. Access more or less every where on the leash. Water served to him while we where having dinner. Room located on the bottom floor, so he did not need to climb stairs, when we wanted to go for a walk. Also the offer on kid games, block building corner and many outside games really make it a dream place for kids. A small game as a present for my son on arrival is also a very nice gesture. The location close to the highway in the north of france make it a perfect mid journey stop. On top of that the breakfast buffet is large and has very good quality products. The restaurant has a great choice as well.

The bathroom and some room furniture were quite warn, but then again I could see that they were renovating some of the other rooms which probably will have solved this problem by next time.

I very much liked the pleasant and helpful staff. I liked the large parking place. I also very much liked the fact that there were plenty of electric car chargers.

No lift in the hotel. The room was very warm and no instructions on how to adjust the temparature. Some of the dishes on the food menu do not have descriptions on what they contain.

The rooms were comfortable. The lady at the desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. My mother is disabled and she changed our rooms to the ground floor instead of the 1st floor seeing my mum struggle to walk up the stairs.

It was a quiet location, friendly area. It's what one would expect from trying to get some rest, for one night. Not wow, but it's OK.

There was no air conditioning and it was like sleeping in a sauna. Room to temperature was at 28oC. Swimming pool was broken, but we were advised of this.

Though there is an AC unit in the room it was not working. This was not isolated as we had booked 3 rooms. It was a very hot day and almost unbearable in the bedroom. Even with the windows open the room had become so hot before we occupied the room it was like a greenhouse/sauna. The design of the building itself has a flat roof and is only 2 floors and our bedrooms were on the first floor so sweltering hot. No fan was provided as a replacement unfortunately.

The room was very spacious and clean. Perfect for a flying stay over whilst passing through and needing a half way point to stop on a long journey (Nurburgring to Caen). The receptionist who greeted us was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Lots of space in the car park for a car towing a race trailer.

The room was sweltering and we couldn’t open the window because of having a child in the room. To be fair there was a heatwave in France at the time of our visit, it was 30’c outside, but it was 34’c in our room and there was no air con. So a uncomfortable night for anyone that struggles with heat. Luckily it didn’t bother half of our group

The hotel is amazing for families with really thoughtful extras, such as board games in the bar, table football games, even a reading book for children and a bookshelf for adults. It was lovely and clean, downstairs was very modern. The rooms were large and super clean, but a little dated. The concierge/ receptionist was a wonder. She gave us a fabulous welcome, and really looked after every single guest. Breakfast was brilliant

Very warm room with no AC.

Average hotel, everything was fine but nothing stood out. Tesla superchargers in the yard, which is why we stayed there. It's a decent place to stay if the price is low/moderate.

many possibilities to be active with kids, eg badminton, boules, table tennis, football and swimming pool. Good restaurant. perfect location for a overnight stay when traveling south or west in France.

Poor sleeping conditions with bad quality of pillows and very hot rooms (impossible to sleep with open windows with the noise from the highway) and very small and poor quality of mattress for the kids bed
