Everything was perfect, not able to find one single thing that I didn’t like

There had been a glass broken during the clean of our lodge which hadn’t been properly cleaned up, leaving both little and large fragments of glass dotted about. As we had a crawling baby this could have been extremely dangerous as we hadn’t noticed the glass at first. The staff were extremely quick to rectify this. We also paid for a cot which was a waste of £10 as it wasn’t sufficient to put a baby into, the base (mattress) would’ve been extremely hard, the baby stayed with me instead which meant we did have to request for the upstairs bed to be made up, I don’t know why this wasn’t already done.

Absolutely nothing to not like ! It was just perfect

Beautiful setting , spotlessly clean, friendly staff, food excellent. Suite was amazing, everything you could possibly want. Hot tub was the best one ever.

The only thing was the bed wasn’t the comfiest, it was soft and I like a hard mattress but that’s personal choice

A beautiful, quiet location but near enough for local sightseeing The cabin was in a peaceful position within this well laid out site. Very well thought out facilities in cabin Menus for both dinner and breakfast were good. Food delicious! Liked the opportunity to go on walks from the cabin doorstep Staff very helpful and friendly

The bed was not very comfortable.

The location is beautiful and close to Snowdon. The facilities are good, everything you need. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after a long hike. I don’t have enough words to say about the food and staff. Food was so delicious and staff so friendly, helpful and polite.

Had a slight issue getting food as we hadn’t reserved a table - we only wanted some garlic bread. Thought we’d be able to eat it in the room but had to eat downstairs

I really haven’t any bad point in this place,let me explain for more being better for the future. -There is kids play area, you may need keep on eye your kids due to risk of fall small cliff and river by picnic area next to play area. Play area kids can escape easily because no door.( there has fence xxx) Hope there has fences on around picnic area / near by kids area for kids safety :) -Wish hair dryer in the caravan! Thank you :)

The place is so beautiful. We stayed between shelly and caravan with hot tab, It was more than I expected experience. There are everything in there, you just take food and drink :) Also you can use inside hotel restaurants and bar, They are super amazing food and kind staffs. When we stayed there, our daughter is only one child but they really welcomed us, let us stayed restaurant any time. Highly recommend to book table before you visit. I never feel like such a relaxing before in my life. Best ever visit place.

Unfortunately the mattress was not great. More like a camp bed mattress.

A superb set-up and beautifully managed. The staff in the restuarant were 1st class, with a lovely girl genuinely very kind, chatty and attentive. A pleasant change. The property was clean and well thought out.

Missing some face cloths maybe and a small milk in welcome basket would be a nice touch that had in other places but honestly was well equipped and nicely cared for.

Staff were so friendly, location was beautiful, accommodation was superb.
