The staff have trouble with the english language making it difficult to communicate The room in nothing like the pictures on booking .com On several occasions I Could not get hot water for a shower The WI FI didn't work in my room I had to sit in the hall way I spoke to them about it They said they would fix it but they didn't Some days the room was cleaned other days not cleaned properly there is one cleaner not doing their job The key is difficult to use works sometimes The building needs renovating very outdated

Close to shops train station and buses A fair price for London as accommodation prices are rediculious In hindsight I would have paid more for a better place to stay The only thing good about the room was the pretty top curtain but the white one should go its disgusting

The room was quite small, one bed was ok, the other one very uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper in our room so we had to go ask for it (never happened to me before), the shower drain was clogged after the first shower, but the staff immediately solved the problem so that's nice. Similarly, in the other room, our friends had the sink drain clogged... The rooms are not isolated at all, you can hear everything from the other rooms. The cleanness was mediocre, but nothing terrible. Overall, it's not the nicest place, but if you lower your expectations it's an okay place to pass few nights, with good position and "cheap" price (compared to similar places)

The good thing about this hotel is the position: a quiet and nice zone, 5 minutes from the Metro station Golders Green, so you can get to the city center in like 25-30 minutes. Also the staff was very nice.

Room was a little in need of a good going over / deep clean. The room was surface clean but it did have things like paint on the floor in places. Marks on the wall. There was a spotlight that did come on sporadically during the night that did light the room up - nothing that an eye mask wouldn't have fixed if you are affected by that sort of thing. The room was boiling hot when I arrived as the heater was on 26° however I left the door open and the window with the fan on and it soon cooled down

Nice sized room, bathroom nicely done out if not a little worn the toilet was a macerator so did make a noise when flushed for a short period of time. friendly staff, nice area, some restaurants and shops nearby. I stayed in room 22 which was out the back of the main hotel - it was a bit concerning being taken outside and around the back but a nice room with a small communal patio style area. Comfy bed, chair and desk provided. There was a mini plug in fridge available to use as well. As a traveller who stays overnight for work it met all of my needs and I would return.

Could have done with a spare toilet roll (i have inflamatory bowel disease ) no fun to have to ask for this (altho we just made it to checkout without havin to ask ) 3 of us sharin a room )

Staff were friendly and helpful .. it was near the tube ..price was great.. bed was comfy ..clean .. free working wifi .. tv worked (ive been to few where they dont ! And i usually like to fall asleep with it on )

Room was not part of the main building but at the back, pictures are not what you get, arrived very late and hotel manager attempted to say we had cancelled via WhatsApp the booking - after hours of travelling last thing we needed was to get scanned, this then left us uncomfortable staying so stayed out all next day

Room was very small for a family of four but we just needed somewhere cheap to sleep, so not a huge issue. Only one of us managed to get hot water for our shower in the morning which was a big frustration. Bed sheets were clean but previous stains were still viable - which put us of somewhat.

Location and price. Right next to tube station on the northern line for access into Central London. Staff were lovely, helpful and acommodating. Free parking - even for the full day after our nights stay was perfect for us.

Stayed for one night and the room was perfect for what we needed. Friendly helpful staff, he let us check in early so we could dump our bags and go back out to London. Clean spacious room with nice shower and comfy beds. Tea and coffee making facilities included. Literally 2 minutes walk from the tube station which was handy on a nice street. Would definitely stay again.

There was a bright light outside at nighttime that could be seen through the blinds. I suggest getting thicker blinds as it made it hard to sleep.
