Oven wasnt working. Didn't have dinner because of it. And wasted shopping to cook but couldn't cook. Requested room with private balcony but got a open terrace with no lock on the gate. Easily accessible to the public

Had some issues with wifi cutting in and out. Also the toilet would run continuously without flushing on some days.

I love that the pictures are exactly how the property looked. It was clean and it is right in city Center so everything is close by. Very convenient

The 4 digit code to the building stopped working from the night before the checkout. This is sort of ridiculous. I was stuck outside for 30 minutes in freezing temps at midnight.

The windows off the lounge and the two bedrooms face towards the loading areas for Iceland supermarket and at least three restaurants. This means that you do hear bottles being emptied into recycling bins, and early deliveries of vans. Not ideal if you are planning on a lie in.

The accommodation is perfect, immaculately clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had all the facilities that we needed for our stay.

Hauling our suitcases up the stairs. No porch or overhang, so got wet trying to find the email for the code for the outer, street door. Got even wetter trying to open the door to the building via a key on an app. Having to fill out a very long and tedious check-in form.

A good base to work from. Easy access to Heathrow. Can catch the number 8 bus from/to the airport for £2 pp (£42 by taxi) Plenty of space. Great location for restaurants and shops.

I booked for a late check out (albeit late in the evening, because we was enjoying our stay) & the cleaner came walked in when we were in bed. Although I put the lower bolt on the door. Apart from that we had a lovely stay there. And want to rebook it. 😃

Access code for the gate - apart from that all good

Apartment was very comfortable and clean - would stay again. Property accessed from the commercial vehicles yard at the back of the shops which was fine. Gate had been left open and access code for door at the top of the stairs did not initially work but I phoned the emergency number who sent me an app which worked perfectly after that. Quiet and peaceful - a good place to stay.

To find the “black gate” you need to enter the service yard behind Eggham on Toast. This should of been specified on the email. Couple of minor maintenance issues such as the bedroom curtain rail was loose one end and the laminate worktop bubbling on the joint. None of this however affected my stay and I would stay there again

Ample space within the property, comfortable couch and bed. TV was a good size and bathroom very nice. Didn’t use the kitchen but all amenities that you would need.

There was officially a £45 check in early charge which is half the cost of the booking and is quite unsavoury. Instructions to get into the property were also fairly complicated and could probably be simplified!

The apartment was spacious and clean. Very large living room and nice sized bedroom with king bed. Very good! The cleaning lady Bintu is also very nice.

It would have been a perfect stay if a fan was supplied within the apartment due to the time of our stay being a summer month and extremely hot.

Couldn’t figure out how to use the AC, Flys, when you opened the patio door, there were a lot of flys, the tub was very nice , but very hard to get in and out of. The walls of the apartment need some touch up paint.

The location was great, but it was a little hard to find. Some good restaurants in the area.

No place to park. made it difficult with luggage. No lift and no air conditioning. They did bring a fan when asked. Tub is narrow and a little rounded on the bottom. Had to buy a shower mat so we didn’t slip

It was a lot of additional emails necessary to finish the pre check in requirements after I just did my booking which was non refundable. You have to submit your ID online, etc and, the first link provided didn't take any of my 3 credit cards to pay for the security deposit. After communicating with guest service via email, they sent me a link with a personalized log in.(asking for a 150£ security deposit through an online platform was not too comfortablefor me in general) . If I had know all that before my booking I probably wouldn't have booked it. However everything worked well at the end and it was a good deal through booking.com

The communication with guest service was excellent, prompt and very reliable! 24/7 The place was great and spotless. (.it was a bit hard to find the entrance at first.. ) I was worried about the smart phone key app to open the place but it really worked well. Being an international traveler you definitely need a functioning cell phone and data all the time!
