My daughter and I were going to a VIP ticket to the Royal Albert. I met my daughter at Waterloo. She lives in Essex and I was coming in from Bournemouth. Citadines knew our tight schedule and were extremely helpful making it easy to get to the hotel. Taxi was ordered at the time we required. They made it so easy for us to get to our venue without any stress.

There is no cleaning included . But we stayed for 5 nights and I really think they should have included at least a cleaning once every three nights . Also the sofa bed for the kids was extremely old and worn with a Bad mattress and noisy. .

The location is great, we had the family room/apartment which has good space . Staff was friendly .

We could not adjust the heating systerm to get the room cool enough so we ended up having to turn off the aircon and open the window...this made the room quite noisy. Temp was too warm for us to sleep comfortably. Maybe just because of personal preference, the bed could have been a bit softer

Very well located, subway line very close, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Kitchen in the room is a plus.

I stayed for 3 nights and not once the room was cleaned, it was surprising that not even once the room service staff came or visited to do housekeeping.

Value for money, room size was reasonable. The location is quite nice as you can get all buses/metro easily while Gloucester road underground station is just 5 mins straight walk.

It would have been great to have a coffee machine in the kitchen as there was always a queue for the machine in the entrance.

We were offered a free upgrade on our room, which made us feel very welcome. The location was excellent and having kitchen facilities was helpful for keeping food and eating on site. The bathroom was really well-equipped with towels and toiletries. The staff were always available and friendly.

Bathroom was a little tired, especially with a plastic/fabric shower curtain rather than a glass door. Tap fixtures in bathroom were shaking.

Very friendly front desk. Well-presented foyer with complimentary coffee and fruit. Room was well-presented with everything you needed. Bath products were lovely. Excellent, quiet location. Perfect for the museums, Hyde park, and princess Diana children’s play area.

Bathroom with separate toilet- both tired looking Personally don’t like a toilet separate to a bathroom… a sink in there would be better.

Corridors are a little tired looking.

Excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk to the Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Rooms were clean, bright and comfy.

Excellent hotel-apartments in a great location, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped for breakfasts, reheating food etc. Coffee machine and free fruit in reception is a welcomed touch. The hotel is a short stroll from Gloucester Rd station on the Picadilly, District and Circle line - you can catch the Picadilly line to and from from Heathrow. We loved our stay made welcome by Citadines’ friendly, helpful staff.

too small for 4 guests, smell from restaurants was in our room. I think, this room is suitable max for 3 person. it was very hard to sleep with this smell. it would be better if cleaning every day.

Great location close to museums, Hyde Park and public transportation. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and pubs in the area. We had a duplex studio which was perfect for the 3 of us. We enjoyed having a little kitchen with a toaster, microwave and even a dishwasher in our room. The hotel supplied tea, instant coffee and bottled water in the room plus there was a coffee machine and water distributor downstairs in the lobby. The people at reception were really friendly and helpful.
