You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThis hotel is further from the airport than we expected and you will have to get a bus to and from the airport so I would recommend checking the bus times to make sure you have enough time with your flights.
We were staying here because we had a flight early in the morning. Staff were really nice, and the room was clean. Overall, it was a good stay just for the night.

United KingdomHotel was clean, friendly staff, easy check-in/out and the room was absolutely grand for what we needed as a simple overnight stay before an early morning flight. Amenities are good as it is right next to the services so access to food/groceries/shops for other items all right on your doorstep. Something to be aware of is that it is not right next to the airport (which is indeed stated in the hotel info so was not a surprise) and a taxi early morning to Stansted isn’t that cheap- £20 being the best deal through Metro taxis. The lovely lady driver recommended she leave us next to the airport rather than have to pay an additional £7 for an airport drop off, which was much appreciated as where she dropped us was a simple and short walk-in to the main terminal, without that extra ridiculous expense when the 8-10min car ride is pricey enough at £20!
