Lovely peaceful surroundings, plenty of walks. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely bed linen and towels. Close to Warrenpoint, 15 minute walk or 4 minutes in car.

Perhaps some of the furniture could be newer, and the exterior of the property could be improved, but maybe owners want this style.

Beautiful location, plenty of space in property for family and guests, fireplace with supply of logs to burn, plus good central heating, beautiful gardens and grounds, BBQ area and walks in vicinity. Bathroom and kitchen look more recent that other parts of property. Close to Warrenpoint for shopping. Overall good value.

Very clean and roomy accommodation for a family of 4. Hosts are very kind, and helpful and quickly reply to any enquiry. Beautiful and quiet location with easy access to a large forest and a few minutes drive to the Mourne Mountains or towns with shops and restaurants. Accommodation is well equipped with anything what needed for self-catering. Definitely, we love to use it again.

Info on where all the pathways on the land lead to would have helped otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything accomodation was so beautiful, antiques and old world charm mixed with mod cons to make our stay a lovely relaxing experience. Lots of firewood and candles to make a cosy atmosphere after dark.

A beautiful former gardeners cottage (?)in the castle grounds. Furnished well, comfortable beds and pillows. With the added bonus of a beautiful outdoor seating and BBQ area

The place was so quiet! Tucked away & private. Very accessible to Warrenpoint & surrounding area. It ticked all the boxes for a nice relaxing comfortable weekend away as a couple. Place was warm ,clean & comfortable. Will definitely be back hopefully next time with our two children.

If there had been some milk in the fridge to enable us to make a hot drink , and some bread , it would have have been more welcoming . Our ferry was delayed and so we had a late arrival .

Beautiful area, beautiful apartment. Huge garden where the children could play. Very friendly neighbors and some lovely friendly dogs around the place. The apartment was spotless and the beds very comfortable, the free standing bath was loved by all the family.

A high chair would have been good but knew in advance and brought our own. Toiletries a little sparce (no hair shampoo, 3 night stay as family of 4). Nintendo wasn't available, unsure if it was a covid measure.

Picturesque setting, beautiful spacious and warm apartment with nod to medieval times and modern comforts, fabulous outdoor facilities (swing, zip line, trampoline, gardens, bbq area) We weathered storms there and loved it especially in the snow! Our girls loved being princesses for the while! Very kind host offered to post left behind belongings.
