We stayed with our family just for one night in May. The room was comfortable and the couch had already been made up for our 2 children. The Queen bed and sofa bed were all very comfortable. I was very happy with the cleanliness as well. Our room was spotless. The checkin was a breeze and the breakfast was good. Excellent value.

The area is a little busy for small kids.

Breakfast was fantastic. At first glance it does not appear to be an extensive range, but items were quality and we found everything we wanted! The room was a reasonable size, smaller than expected but 3 persons fit just fine. There was a mini fridge which kept our drinks properly cold! (Usually mini fridges barely keep drinks cool, but this one was great!). Location is great - steps away from Borough Market and then in the opposite direction is Millennium Bridge. It is a very busy area though - so not so fun for kids walking to London Bridge station and having to get through the crowds.

There was an issue with the bathroom in my room which meant I had to move rooms quite late in the evening. It couldn't be helped and staff were very apologetic and helpful in the move. But it was inconvenient.

Hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to loads of London attractions, particularly Borough Market. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I would suggest refilling the water everyday.

The staff is really friendly. And I like that the sofa bed was already prepared for us as we have two kids. I also like that they are using ritual soap , shower Gil and shampoo .

The location is very good. The room was big for 2 adults and 2 childrens. The breakfest was goog, and something excellent is that childrens do not pay. We also had dinner at the hotel and the food was good too.

Asked for a microwave to heat up my baby milk. Not only we didn’t get one but the staff didn’t even bother to show any concern. She didn’t even try to find a way to help.

reception staff- disappointing, either untrained or unwilling, but Olivia the Manager was very helpful and nice issue with the drains- mainly toilet it was pretty cold all around- in the rooms, in the breakfast area

Not very clean sadly for a 4 star hotel and for the price we paid.. chair in the room had crumbs on it (!!) Gym opens quite late for a hotel- only opens at 6am. Couldn’t get a workout in before heading out for the day.

The noise of the plumbing is really quite loud. Rooms have a very good flush but you can hear the neighbouring rooms and it vibrates through the wall. Not ideal in the middle of the night. There were also no freebies in the room, soap/shower gel or even shower cap. No biscuits with hot drinks either. Just a bit lacking for the price and expected in other hotels.

After the check-in we realised that we have no power in the room, had to go twice to the reception in order to get help. The problem solving could be faster ;)
