There was a smell from the bathroom I think there are plumbing issues the sink took ages to empty we had to keep the windows open to get rid of the smell. We have been here before and the others room we stayed in was better. Also the water was horrible to drink so got bottled water. It suited our purpose which was to be close to family and there was obvious building work going on too. If the smell and the water was improved it wld have been fine.

Kitchenette could do with an update bit shabby, my studio smelt awful but I had one of the basement rooms and had to ask reception for air freshener clearly have an issue with drains in that room. Reception advised will get that looked into. !! Hopefully they do as otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Location and price, nicely fitted out can imagine the other studios we're probably better. Would stay again.

Location is ridiculously good. 2 min walk from Regents park, all of baker st, including baker st station. Spacious room, all you could need for a short trip.

One of the rooms smelt alittle funky. Didn’t like the fact that the ground floor room at the front on the property had no curtains so I had to keep the light off in the evening and the morning whilst getting ready.

The unit was not not big enough for 3 people. Having an extra bed did not help. No kitchen towels provided.

Accommodation had a living room / kitchen diner space with cooking facilities. Never really checked the cupboards as we were going out and eating out anyway. Wardrobe as you enter with a safe inside. The kitchen counter had a nespresso coffee machine which again we didn't use. The bedroom had a double bed which I thought was a little old as the bed dipped in some place whee the spring probably didn't spring back to place? It was good that they provided two pillows each so it made up for the bed. The toilet / bathroom is a little bit cramped but is enough for our needs. The water pressure was good and drainage was good as well. Overall, unless it is a hotel chain or one one of the more expensive hotels in town, then what we had was to be expected. We used it as a base for sleeping after watching a show at the O2. The tube station is only a five minute walk away.

It will be higher grade than 8, but in our room heating didn’t working and it was cold for the end of the April. So they changed our room next morning. They should check if everything works before our check in or to have some electric heater for a substitute to help us to get worm. Also one night no hot water for couple hours.

The mattress was not very comfortable (hard), even though I am used to non-soft mattresses. The windows do have not good isolation, I believe it must be cold in winter... But for us was ok (we went on April)

Helpful staff, comfortable room, change the towels during the week. Our room has coffe machine, a small kitchen with cutlery, small fridge and microwave. Enough if you want to prepare small meals. The location is superb, near the Baker Street Station and Regent Park. It's a very safe and clean area. I would certainly go back.
