I was on my own on a work trip. I felt safe, warm and comfortable. My colleagues were all in the harbour on a boat but I had to be onshore. Great WiFi for working and a lush bed for relaxing. A beautifully presented apartment with everything you’d ever need and more. I cannot fault this accommodation in anyway. I need to come back in 2024. Unfortunately it’s all booked and I’m at a loss as nothing in Lerwick compares. Gutted.

Very noisy shower enclosure. Not a problem, we got a lot of laughs from that.

The apartment was very homely, and detailed, even plates on the beside table for your glass. Fully equipped kitchen. There was also a backpack, lots of games, brochures and books about the island. We felt welcome.

A lovely property, very comfortable and very clean. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and lots of towels! This was self catering and the kitchen facilities were very good. There was even a picnic bag with flasks and cups for the visitors' use!

It is expensive (accommodation in Shetland is). Car definitely essential as there’s no pavement on fast road into town, so while distance is walkable, for us with kids the road wasn’t. There’s a building site of some kind immediately behind property which was noisy on weekday but quiet at wknd. It’s also brightly lit 24 hours which was not ideal.

Best equipped holiday house I’ve ever stayed in. Could have comfortably stayed much longer. Spacious, spotlessly clean.

The friendly staff and great facilities in the property exceeded our expectation. Would happily recommend and stay in this property again. Car park provided in property made access to accommodation very easy.

the only downside was the broken window in the bedroom which had been siliconed closed and was held in place with a tea towel and the shaft of a shovel. we werent informed about this until we arrived. there was no blind either and we had to get the owner to cobble together a way of blacking out the room or we wouldnt have been able to use the room. also the ceiling is slanted so you cant sit up in ned properly and the damaged window added to the difficulties.

the self containd apartment was well equipped, clean and inviting. the owner was there to show us around and there was a welcome pack with information about the area. they supplied tea and coffee as well as milk and a can of beer from the microbrewery from across the road. they also had a walkers pack if required. the TV is a smart TV so you can also log into your Netflix account if desires. there is ample parking which is a bonus. The bed was comfortable. there is a seating area so you can sit and have a meal at the table and the cooking utensils are supplied.

I have stayed here a couple of times now and plan to return soon. Very clean and comfortable location with stunning views and great hiking opportunities nearby. The apartments are very well stocked and have everything you could need.

I was slightly worried about the windmill’s noise outside my bedroom but in the end it didn’t disturb my sleep at all. All was perfect.

Couldn’t be more happier with my stay. The place was lovely, location was so charming and not too far away. Well equipped kitchen. They staff allowed me to check in early which has saved me time and made my holiday more enjoyable. Thank you so much!!

Great communication from owners. Lovely, clean and cozy, well equipped apartment and really comfy. Location a little from Lerwick (as described) - a few minutes in the car but at this time of year, not an easy walk. Very quiet at night. Has everything you could need! Would stay again.
