Outside signage is very difficult to see as quite small. I would like the complementary evening drinks / snacks 3xtended to include Monday to Friday. As we stayed midweek.

The location is excellent 5 minute walk to the quayside. 15min walk to the metro and train station. The suites are of exceptional standard our suite had been recently refurbished everything was new. Ideal for short or long stay break.

TV's in main room and bedroom but not smart tv's.

10 minute walk to city centre so good location if you don't mind walking, very clean, facilities in room good (no oven though..need microwave skills), breakfast choices excellent, on site mini shop. Reception staff excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Ground floor suite, small windows at the top of the wall, so no view.

Only one bar stool in kitchen area so not possible for a couple to sit at the bar for a meal.

Lovely room, great view, well-appointed kitchen. Easy walk into town centre (though I wouldn't want to do it alone in the dark). Great fitness room, really excellent breakfast. Staff all lovely.

Everything about this stay was 💯 the rooms are spotless and stunning. The staff are amazing the breakfast was excellent also. Absolutely loved our stay.

Felt a little isolated but only ashort walk to the river front. I prefer a dedicated shower rather than one in a bath

Very nice suite. Clean and a reasonable size with a small kitchen. Very good breakfast. Free coffee etc all day next to reception. Staff excellent.

The only thing was we had dust in the wardrobe.

We had stayed there before and liked it so we booked it again. It’s not far from central Newcastle. Very good breakfast.

We were charged £13 per day parking which I didn’t expect. I had called the hotel to ask about parking but this wasn’t mentioned. It could be because we booked through booking.com - not sure. Whether the hotel or booking.com - this should be made clear. Saying that, it won’t put me off staying there again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the relaxed atmosphere. The suite was well equipped and comfortable.

Hard to find fault.

Great location only a few mins walk from the quayside & town centre. The hotel looked new inside & it has car parking. Room was great as was the breakfast.

Would like a Grab-rail on outside of shower to avoid slipping on getting out over the step.

Better than expected. Arrived with 15 mins to go and hot breakfast was depleated but the chef couldn’t have been more apologetic and with slight delay produced more. Above and beyond

Honestly nothing could of been better no negatives at all.

This place is truly a hidden gem that everyone needs to know about and where do I start as there is so many positives and no descriptions can truly give it justice, from the great friendly staff from booking in to staff serving breakfast they are so helpful and polite, rooms have had a refurb and these are beautiful and have everything you need and more. Free hot drinks on tap for your whole stay is something I have never had so this is a added bonus. Breakfast has a great selection including waffles and everything is lovely and fresh. It's ideally situated for the town centre its a 10 min stroll if you wanted to walk and a 5 min uber ride. Honestly I have stay 3 times now and could go on and on about how good this place is.

Nothing everything was spot on

Close to the town centre , free coffee and tea was a great bonus. Staff were really nice and welcoming ! Room was amazing like a mini apartment will definitely stay here again. 5 stars all round

Efficient and friendly receptionist ensured our stay started well. The car park was great (charged) and also enabled us to leave our car for another couple of hours after check-out. Our room was quiet and the kitchen area equipped with all we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept extremely well on both nights. We hope to repeat our visit next year.

A bit further walk from central Newcastle but near Ouseburn

Receptionist was such a great guy, so so helpful and polite. Rooms were immaculately clean Great TV , fridge , comfy bed Free hot drinks in bar area which was wonderful
