Host Marion and her husband made us feel at home. Prepared a packed breakfast on day one as we had to leave early. Marion also did our washing for free.The Breakfast on the second day was lovely, Lovely quiet neighborhood and 10-minute walk to the city center made our visit enjoyable.

Very nice hosts: they gave us lots of tips regarding places to visit, restaurants & pubs, shopping for binoculars (yes we got the Go Outdoors membershipcard and a nice discount!) Nicely decorated rooms. Good breakfast.

Quaint neighborhood within walking distance of town center . Owners made it very accessible to our time schedule offering us a key to enter and exit at will. Very quiet at night. We were made to feel very at home with their warm smiles and heart breakfasts. Extremely accommodating.

Off street parking was tight, but we had come to expect that on our trip. (Hoist was helpful in getting us in and out of the space)

Great place- felt homey, like they were, indeed, sharing their home with us, dog and all! Full breakfast was very good (best porridge on our trip). Hosts were helpful with directions, recommendations. Not a bad walk to downtown restaurants. Liked the room very much. Wish we could have stayed longer!

So, this is just a me thing (but I don't really like animals in the house), especially around food, and they do have family dogs. If you don't have an issue with that, then this won't be an issue for you, but I would have prefered no animals.

The couple running this bed & breakfast are so sweet (and not related, but what a handsome and classy couple!). Loved the room, super comfy bed, pillows and blankets, great shower and good breakfast.

We weren't staying longer!

Very warm welcome from Marion and Sean the hosts. Beautiful, clean and comfortable room and ensuite. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and fresh milk. Delicious made to order breakfast with fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast and pancakes all washed down with tea, coffee and orange juice which really set us up for the day ahead.

Parking was a wee bit tight on the first day when there was another car, but wasnt an issue for the rest of our stay.

Our 3 night stay at Strome Lodge was a pleasant, cosy and homely experience thanks to the hospitality of our hosts Marion and Sean, who were extremely friendly and kind. Our room was comfortable and clean, and our breakfast was delicious and filling - it included a selection of cereal, fresh fruits, yoghurt, toast and a homecooked Scottish breakfast. It was also nice to see our hosts' cute dog and her adorable puppies!

Marion and her husband (sorry I'm terrible with names) were excellent, we stayed for 2 nights and the first morning we were out super early for a trip. Marion left us some fruit and yogurt out with orange juice so we didn't start the day hungry. The next morning we had a fry up which was amazing, we also had croissants provided and yogurt and fruit. We cannot complain one bit, the stay was what we needed and more. Thanks both! And to the doggies! Also, the room was lovely, bed was super comfy and we had little touches such as Marion got my partner chocolate and a drink as it was her 30th birthday, just an overall amazing stay.

The owner oft Strome Lodge are very friendly and courteous and we felt like we were Part of their family. There is a loving furnishing and the breakfast is fresh and varied. We felt so comfortable!

It was perfect as a great place to stay for a couple of nights close to Inverness.
