They have a breakfast facility however they have 10 rooms but only 8 tables so we were unable to get breakfast there which was a massive shame, would definitely come back here nevertheless though

I have stayed at The Helaina B&B a couple of times and was shown an empty apartment last time The apt is finished to high standard, comfortable and has everything you would require. We chose to be lazy and pay for breakfast in b&b as a treat, good options available and worth it Beautiful outlook onto Scarborough North bay Short walk to Scarborough railway station or bus station for journey to Whitby. Easy walk into town centre would recommend the Helaina apartments and would definitely stay again.

Bed mattress in big bedroom a bit too soft to my likening - I guess it’s is very subjective as other guests might prefer softer mattress than hard one 😀. Wine bottle opener could be a nice add on to already well equipped kitchen.

Nice warm feel of the apartment. Great end comfortable place allowing rest after days full of activities. Excellent location and fantastic view from the apartment. Liked every single thing - well done!

The Flat was so cosy and luxurious. All the things you need were provided. It feels like home and the view was great.. it's a highly recommended place to stay for a holiday.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Helaina but in the basement apartment apartment previously which we actually preferred to no 2 as it is open plan and more conducive to what we prefer to do. the apartments are beautifully styled and spotlessly clean, the location is also great and the view (when it’s not foggy)! I would definitely recommend the Helaina apartments and would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to dislike. Nice big rooms. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and pillows.

Absolutely nothing. The only problem for some people would be, being situated on the top floor without a lift. This was absolutely fine for us but I guess some people would struggle with the stairs but it is highlighted very clearly on their website stating there is no lift. This would not put me off staying again.

Morden, clean and had everything we needed. Lovely sea views from the top floor. Quiet area too, no disturbances. Staff were friendly, approachable and always helped when needed.

The apartment was exceptional with wonderful views across the bay. When we arrived the lady in reception was very friendly and helpful, and offered to take our luggage up to the 5th floor! The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, had everything we needed and lovely comfortable beds. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you.
