The bed was so comfy. Usually hotel beds are to hard for me but the bed was perfect! The location is perfect too, walking distance from the train station, bars and restaurants. I’ll definitely stay again.

Nothing - all ideal for a short stay

Location is great, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen made for a great stay and enabled us to cook a meal and eat in, which we preferred over going to a restaurant.

It wasn't possible to open the sky lights so the room was stuffy - air con doesn't remedy this. Lack of milk in the fridge (at least if we had been given the option in advance or told in advance it would be better)

Great location (close to the historic centre but also quiet). Very well presented apartment. Plenty of space with extra large beds and lots of comfy sofas. Air con.

Could be noisy at night with other guests , noted a man hanging out of his window smoking on his mobile phone very loud.

The blinds in the bedroom didn’t stop the lights coming through. On all night! On mattress needs replacing and a big dip in the middle. Shower leaks as needs silicone replacing underneath the glass.

It was great value for money. Excellent location and spacious apartment. The style was done very well.

Spacious apartment. Beautiful bathroom. Bed and bedding very luxurious. Totally exceeded our expectations. Conveniently located in a lovely area very close to the centre with artisan bakers and great cafes.

If I have to say anything, I thought the bin in the kitchen needs updating.

Everything was great, we had an exceptional stay. Location was great, the bed was insane, like sleeping on a cloud. Very clean, and the staff helpful on arrival.

We didn’t see any staff during check in/check out and it didn’t personally affect me and my partner but just incase we couldn’t access the property.

The apartment was exceptional, would definitely recommend. We were really happy with our stay, the size of the apartment was amazing, very spacious and such a good price for what you get. We didn’t realise how nice the apartment was until we got there so we were pleasantly surprised. Location is perfect with a 5/10 min walk to get into the centre. Everything was clean and everything is provided for the perfect stay. Although they don’t have a car park they have a NCP nearby and even give a discount towards parking, which is really helpful. Overall, we will 100% be staying here again as it was perfect.

Located close to centre of York. Easy walk to all attractions in York. Clean rooms and well maintained property. Access to property easy to follow. Great showers and clean bathrooms. Parking at NCP had discounted rate.

A few more amenities would be wonderful. Napkins and/or paper towels. Coffee . There was only enough for two cups (we were there 3 nights) and small creamers would have really been appreciated. Hard to find the small packets…. Much better directions needed for washer/dryer combo and even oven ! They did not make sense! My husband and I are both airline captains and couldn’t make sense of the directions 😂
