DenmarkThe Brew Bar were closed when we came back to the hotel after a long day, and we would have liked to get a drink before bedtime - but thats only a minor detail.
Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and a good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The possibility to have food served in the Brew Bar as well as in the restaurant.

Position was good for us. We drove into Cheshunt, parked at the station and took train to central London. Excellent breakfast, really good choice. Very clean, everywhere smelt lovely . Comfy bed.

United KingdomOur room was very hot and the air conditioning couldn't cope. The mattress was uncomfortable and could do with replacing. We asked reception to replenish the tea and tissues but unfortunately they didn't arrive throughout our stay. Fortunately the bar staff were able to provide so tea at least.
The hotel was comfortable and all of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The staff serving breakfast were just brilliant. It was the perfect location for us to stay & we would definitely stay again.

United KingdomWell, I arrived at 5 o’clock and had to go straight to a meeting and I asked the staff to deliver my luggage to my room which they said they would do. Unfortunately, they didn’t bother when I returned after 9 o’clock in the evening. However, I will say the manager comped me, a drink and some sweets. The other problem was the room was very hot and the air-conditioning seemed very inefficient.
Comparing the property to the Premier Inn Waltham Abbey where I stay previously, it’s considerably better, not so rundown and nicely a portion rooms. Generally a much nicer hotel which ended up being cheaper than the Premier Inn .

United Kingdomthe breakfast was very disappointing. The bread rolls were so dry I am convinced they were baked Monday and left to be eaten all week. Quite shocking considering the usual Marriott standard.
rooms were nice but bathrooms outdated. Staff was nice but twice we were looked after by a trainee at the front desk and I was surprised that she was left to her own devices. It took a long time to check in and she wasn’t able to answer our questions. I understand what it means to train for a position but the hotel should ensure that there is a fully trained staff member at hand to assist where needed.
