If there is anything that could be improved, we didn't find the mattress that comfortable, but it did not take away from our experience.

The location was perfect, easy access to all that we needed. The staff was exceptional. Super friendly and helpful. Especially when it came to figuring out our transportation to and from Thessaloniki, as we did not rent a car. Highly recommend!

The main bed was good but the matress of the single beds a bit hard (ok for 1 night).

Clean and big room (we had a double bed and 2 single beds in). Nice view from our balcony. The host is very friendly and told us where is best to see the buffalos. She also recommended a very good taverna.

The guesthouse is located in a beautiful and quiet place, close to Lake Kerkini. The area is well known for its diversity of wild birds. We only spent one night here during our short tour through Greece. The host was very kind and welcoming even though we arrived after the check-in hours. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We're looking forward to return for a longer period so that we can explore the lake area.

Breakfast was not, very basic and not high quality in my opinion. It has something for all taste but I think it could have been better.

The house is located on the lake and you can see it from your window or from the kitchen. The area is remote and quiet and suitable to relax. The lady who was managing the house was super helpful, always smiling and trying to accommodate our needs. The rooms was spacious, very clean! The beds were very comfy too! We loved the whole area!

Was all lovely

The location was very peaceful, our view was stunning. We are birdwatchers and within an hour had seen a little owl, Eleanora’s falcon, Dalmatian pelicans , bed eaters …and a hoopoe , which likes to sit on the chair of the next door balcony. Maria, the host, was very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It is buffet style in the dining/lounge area with lovely views. Would really recommend the apple cake. We had a lovely time, very relaxing and quiet.

Let me tell you how amazing it was - I was there in the middle of winter during the working week, probably the lowest season that this place has. So I was the only guest in the house and yet... every single morning Maria had prepared amazing fresh breakfast for me with toasts, cakes, the best yogurt, jams, eggs and many more. I think everyone could do this with high revenue in high season, but doing this for just one guest in low season is outstanding hospitality. The house was heated, the room was big, bright and with great views to the lake. I will definitely be back.

Even if we booked this accommodation for a night, the apartment was very clean and spacious and sleeping on those beds was like sleeping on a cloud, perfect after a long trip. The location is very quiet.

The wifi was not great.

It's close to the border, perfect for transit, but also close to a beautiful lake. Also, it's great value for the price, the breakfast was great. Also, the staff is really accomodating. We loved it.
