Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe AC unit required us to wear ear plugs. Even my husband, who can sleep through anything, heard it the second night of our stay.
The moment we entered we felt a huge welcome and it continued throughout our stay. Lots of personality to our room and we were told each room was decorated individually and the designer put their “ room signature” on the door. This made it uniquely fun!

United States of AmericaThe staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and well equipped. (I have stayed here twice so far.) There is a microwave, a refrigerator and flat screen TV in each room. There is a great view of the mountains, and it is easy to get on and off the freeway.

The room was surprisingly pretty nice, specially for the price. The owners are making a effort to have a nice place. I could definitely stay there again.

United States of AmericaAir conditioner was very loud whenever it came on. I would prefer in-room coffee, instead of the microwave, on the bath counter.
Very friendly owner, provided excellent dinner suggestions and morning coffee recommendations. Room was super clean and well maintained. Met our needs for overnight stay in Willcox AZ.

United States of AmericaNo amenities such as breakfast and coffee so just know that. Some items require maintenance such as toilet seat, shower head, nonfunctioning electric outlet, slow draining sink. Nearby train traffic.
Convenient, reasonably priced, comfy beds, refrig/microwave, paper towels provided, outdoor covered area for gatherings.

United States of AmericaSeemed like most of the guests were all in one area of the motel making parking a little difficult and crowded while other parts of the motel looked empty. Maybe spread out the guests more and fill in as later guests arrive. In the room the carpet was very dirty. It took away from the cuteness they are going for. The bathroom and sink area had tile and laminate. The carpet in the main room really needs a deep deep cleaning or replacement.
The Patio was pretty cool. They have a covered area and a picnic table and have done some extras to make it a cool little area to hang out in. The table in the room with the sand and rocks was a nice touch. The rocker was pretty cool also.

United States of AmericaI was traveling through Wilcox and had a two-night stopover at the Roses Motel. I arrived earlier than expected, and the staff were very accommodating. Nestled in the heart of Wilcox, this motel offers a tranquil haven amid a region with multiple recreational options. If you're seeking a convenient stop, this establishment is an excellent choice. While its exterior may exude a nostalgic charm and some of its fixtures and fittings may display signs of age, the overall experience is one of comfort and satisfaction. Embrace the allure of a bygone era as you unwind in the cozy accommodations and soak in the unique ambiance. Despite its vintage appearance, this motel delivers a memorable stay, making it a standout destination in Wilcox, Arizona.

Good stop over on our way to see the Sandhill Cranes. Our room was quiet, clean, and a good price. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Bed was firm. There is a coffee shop next door. Area seemed safe.

United States of AmericaThis isn't the motel's fault, but we had some noisy neighbors. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs for extra comfort.

United States of AmericaThe bed was a little hard and could use a comforter. The AC worked well, but kicked on fairly noisily throughout the night. The nozzle in shower is too low. it hit me (6') about chest high. They might want to also consider the arched curtain rods for a bit more room.
Rose's motel is an older, smaller roadside motel. However, it is very clean and well done, with a microwave, fridge, and good parking. It was off the I10 a couple blocks, so it was convenient, yet fairly quiet. There was a very good local Mexican restaurant a few blocks down the street which was very good! Staff was friendly and responsive.
