Sandra was very welcoming, providing all necessary informations. The location is is very good, just 5 minutes to the Riva, Diocleatians palace, and many more, which you shouls discover yourself, be it the many nice old streets, or the Park Forest Marjan or ... :)

Hospitality of the host, tnx Sandra! Proximity of the city center, easy access to the shopping malls, restaurants, etc. Apartment is really Spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need for the shorter or longer vacation. Definitely we are coming back.

On a quite busy street (downside of being so close to the center) and check in/out procedure wasn’t perfectly smooth.

Great stay. Clean apartment with fresh sheets. Comfortable AC, good bathroom and sufficient cooking equipment. And of course the location, right next to the city center.

Would’ve been ideal if you could pay using a credit card, but this was not a massive issue.

The location was great, only a few minutes from the old town, the port, a supermarket and the beach. Sandra was a very accommodating host and happy to answer any questions I had. The apartment was easy to find and facilities were great.

Slightly dated in kitchen and bathroom and showing signs of wear e.g freezer door, toilet seat and shower door. Lacked a few basic things - e.g toaster, scissors. Downstairs front door to building was mostly left open, but when we found it shut we couldn't get in with key supplied so reverted to walking round to back door to building which was always propped open. TV doesn't have Netflix or other apps to login to whilst you are there. Payment required by either international bank transfer or cash outside of Booking.com platform Would prefer credit card for convenience.

Location is great, and despite being on main road the double glazing keeps most of the noise out. Safe area, with a few mini supermarkets and fast food outlets. Comfortable beds, air con worked well Great communication from Sandra

Don’t be put off if you look at the property with graffiti on the entrance door on Google Streetview. Once inside the building everything is great. Although on a main road we didn’t find it at all noisy thanks to double glazing.

Everything; homely, superbly equipped, lots of space for 4 old friends, a 2nd toilet, balcony. Sandra was a fantastic host and we arranged airport transfers with her husband Eddie. Excellent location less than 10 minutes walk to centre, green market, ferries, beach etc.

Only thing is we needed to hand a deposit in cash which we weren't prepared for. But it was fine, no problem just needed a heads up!

The owner of the property sorted our big group of 11 out with a transit from the airport before meeting us at the apartment to exchange keys. She walked us through each element of the apartment!

It's next to one of the busiest streets. Therefore, at night it might get a little loud and its difficult to get picked up by a taxi.

They mean it when they call the apartment 'spacious' (it could easily host up to 8 tourists). It combines traditional Eastern European style with modernity. The location is perfect! It's equally close to the beach and the old town, while keeping you away from the annoying crowds. Plus it is very clean.

Small kitchen but plenty of utensils. The payment is cash only.

Everything is in walking distance. The lovely riva is 5 min walk. The apartment provided car parking.
