The towels smelt very strong of chlorine.

It was lovely to have our own private pool and breakfast was brought to us each morning. Good location - 10 min walk to the beach, 2 minutes to a lovely spa and 2 minutes to the markets. Lovely bathroom - unfortunately we didn’t get time to use the beautiful bath tub.

No face washers or hand towels in the bathroom. The walls in the bathroom/toilet area do not go completely up to the ceiling, so you could hear everything from the next doors bathroom area and kitchen areas. This proved to be very awkward when I got Bali belly.

Private pool was fantastic and the room service option was great. The villas are also in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Shopping, restaurants and beaches within a few minutes walk.

Bathroom hot but it’s outdoors in tropical climate, need to expect that, could have done with a fan in there.

There were some extensions being built that were very loud if we wanted to stay in the accommodation throughout the day however, these were reasonable hours and the bedrooms were very soundproofed so it only affected us if longing by the pools mid day.

Everything was just wonderful. The beautiful pools, friendly staff, amazing bathrooms, comfortable beds, reliable aircon. Absolutely amazing.

It’s a bit of a stroll to get to the main road in the heat each day but not too bad.

Apart from reception, personnel is not good in English Cleaning could be a bit more thorough. There was a big hair from a previous customer in the bathroom, and it was never cleaned off during our whole stay

Very nice concept. We loved the plants and flowers around the pool and on the whole site. Overall well maintained, but some repair and cleaning needed in pool. But we know that‘s not easy in a tropical country. Reception and driver were very nice, barman sometimes ignoring us Reception was very helpful and also very responsive during booking and before arrival. And they made a lovely decoration in our room for our special occasion -Thank you very much! Food is nice Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

My pool had not much sun villa 19. I'm being very picky. I like a pool in the sun all day. Felt very closed in. Living room huge. Tv in bedroom.

Reception very good and helpful. Rooms very clean. Main pool looks very relaxing. Close to everything. Very quiet.

You could see they had updated part of the room with furniture & freash paint. However they need to update old tiles on the floor that just don’t match & make the place look old

Pondok Sara Villas is looking a bit tired in my opinion. I feel it needs updating. The breakfast is ok, passable. Some maintenance needs to be done in common areas as well as the villas.

The staff at Pondok Sara Villas are friendly and helpful. Ideally tucked away from the noisy streets, but within walking distance to everything.
