Noise from traffic on the road quite loud when trying to sleep.

Bathroom was basic, showerhead needs replacement. Towels in the bathroom seemed a bit old and overused. Breakfast was very basic, croissants, yoghurt, cakes, orange and apple, chocos & corn cereal, coffee, some packed juices. Dining room furniture was very basic, roof needs repair.

Location is good. Though it is located on a busy street, the room was sound proof. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very warm especially Alexio who is at the reception. He was very helpful. He is the best what this B&B has to offer.

If arriving after 5pm need a contact number so someone can let you in as reception not 24/7 & outer street door closed after about 6.... Good Breakfast but a bit cake & tart based ...... some different cereals or fruit would be nice. TV only in Italian but hey the madness of the roads outside much more entertaining.............

It is excellently located for Central station etc but possibly therefore slight downside of noisy traffic 24/7 but never kept us awake or anything. Don't be put off by outside appearance, all rooms on first floor of mixed residential traditional tenement. Modern shower etc and good sized room which was cleaned with new towels every day . Had fridge, and free safe & wifi. Happy to give us a key to leave luggage on our last day.........

Being on the main street down from the train station, it isn't in the safest part of town at night. The door bell onto the street is a regular temptation for passers-by and party-goers, which can be quite arresting in the middle of the night if incessantly rung.

Very close to Napoli train station, walking distance. Clean, comfortable and simple room with a great bathroom. Has an adequate breakfast offering albeit in a make-shift breakfast area.

As expected it was noisy, it is located on a main road. Would have liked better curtains to block out light in the room.

Breakfast was a selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt and cereal, so there was a good choice. Location was very convenient for railway and buses, helpful when travelling to airport or onwards from Naples.

It was not clearly stated in reservation that the room would be without outside facing windows. It had a window, however it was facing area where breakfast is served.

It's cold in the room A/C didn't work properly, shower was broken, bath was small and always cold. The whole room stank of cigarettes the whole stay, room serves didn't change bed sheets, breakfast area was absolutely freezing. Water from shower was hot and cold the other minute. Would not recommend to anyone spoilt the whole stay there. There was a whole lot more, hotel was so so disappointing. I even mentioned some of these issues to front desk and they didn't seem to care one bit seemed he was aware of it all already.

We arrived at napoli suite in the morning and the owner told us that he made a mistake with our booking (even though it was confirmed online) and we didn't have a room. He got us a room in an hotel nearby in a dodgy area that was ok but not what we were paying for initially.

We were to arrive at Napoli Airport around 23 and we had enough time to check in till midnight which is a deadline set by the accommodation but owner and their driver constantly called us making panic that we will be late and that they will not wait for us, that our reservation will be cancelled if we are late... unless we book taxi with them, and miraculously than they will wait for us. They asked 40 eur for a ride although regular taxi fare is up to 20 eur... At arrival within allowed time 23:45 receptionist had such a bad temper... I guess it was late for him and he wanted to get rid of us quickly... he checked us in super fast and tried to charge double for the tourist tax although the tax was already included. They also asked us you to pay in cash what we agreed. We asked if we could eat something this late in the neighborhood and receptionist shorty answered NO, everything closed... and that was not the case... as it is close to the main train terminal we managed to get some fast food... quite a few shops and small fast foods were open even after midnight... he should have known better... lousy service... Suites are located at the main street which is busy day and night... traffic is very loud... hard to fall asleep. Room was basic, looked better on photos. No quilts on your bed, just thin bed sheet and decorative bed cover which is not washed with every guest departure... So to conclude, I can live with noise, not impeccably clean room and basic fittings but I can not live when someone thinks you are a stupid tourist which can be blackmailed and cheated for few euros. They should learn a lot about hospitality

There was not a kettle in our room which we thought there would be, but on request they did bring one (however no cups haha). Breakfast was basic but did the job! But overall a pleasant stay with all amenities we needed and close to everything.

The room was a good size and the welcome staff was also good and very helpful with a map of local area and recommended us places to go.

the room was really hot the A/C did not work at all the bathroom without soap to take a shower or wash your hand if you need help from the people at the front desk if you get lucky you see someone in there otherwise the front desk was empty the almost the all time , after we make the reservation we got a call asking us if when we check in we can pay the room in cash . not a great experience to stay there

The room was very elegant and comfortable, we could sleep very well. The receptionist was very nice-he helped us a lot and gave us a lot of useful tips. The hotel is very close to Garibaldi- just a 5 minute walk through piazza Garibaldi, then straight ahead on Corso Umberto. The breakfasi consists of delicious Neapolitan and Italian cakes, croissant, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice & coffee of your choice.
