The lamp in the bathroom was broken so there was a bit of disco light going on.

This is such a cute little place! I was out hiking in Cinque Terre and stayed here one night. It is a simple accomodation but very charming. Comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the village with some restaurants just around the corner.

The bed is a bit squeaky, so if you're a light sleeper good luck 😁 also there's no noise cancellation whatsoever in the walls so you can hear every single thing from the neighbouring rooms.

The bed wasn’t great. The mattress was hard and the pillows weren’t very comfortable either.

The location was great! The air conditioner blew cold, the the shower had great pressure along with getting hot! The host was willing to let us leave our bags, which was very helpful.

Pretty good location. It's at the top of the town however, so be prepared to walk! The room had everything we needed including a coffee machine and some pods. Communication was clear, and replies were quick!

Toilet didn't flush properly and we had a problem with the air conditioning (it was blowing warm air and we couldn't switch it off because the remote was not working). We reported the air con to the host but they didn't do anything.

Careful if you have luggage, the room is located at the very top of Manarola and they are steep stairs to get to the rooms.

Nice room with a little balcony and free coffee for your morning breakfast :) Close to the begining of the trail for Riomaggiore and a few good restaurants.

The top room have steep and narrow staircase. We could not get our luggage up there. We left our luggage in the bottom room and ran up and down for our clothes

The WiFi, as everyone else mentioned, is not working well at all. Owners haven’t responded to the issue throughout the trip, had to use my own data 2 days in a row for important personal business (with my carrier in Canada, that’s an extra 15$/day). i stayed 3 nights and the wifi only worked the 2nd morning for me. Very loud neighbours, made banging sounds/moving objects/partying well past midnight.

In the facilities description there’s written that there’s a terrace… so I assumed, that there’s a common outdoor area. There isn’t. I guess the terrace is just in the room/rooms(?) upstairs… in mine there was only a window with a relatively poor view. Some hangers or shelves in the bathroom would be handy. The fridge was barely working…

The location is not central and is all the way up the hill, but it’s still close to anything in Manarola. About 10 min walk to the train station, 5 min to the bus stop for Volastra, 15 min to the beach (marine). The room was clean and functional, it has everything necessary, comfy bed, air conditioner worked perfectly. The communication with the owner was efficient, I had no problems with finding the place as he provided me with a very detailed description of how to get there. No problems with checking in or checking out, the owner let me leave my luggage at the property until late afternoon which was awesome. Also I loved the free coffee, don’t understand why people are complaining about it…I thought of it as an extra. There’s a kettle and a Nespresso coffeemaker so you can bring your own capsules and teabags. I’d probably stay there again, but in a different room as my lacked the view.

Bed with springs, every time someone turns - make sound. In general too soft for sleeping. Bathroom door was full of coffee stains. Inside the bathroom was clean, just met local fauna - cockroach 😅

Rooms and bathrooms are small, as in tiny. Bedding looked old. No extra pillows. Could not get coffee machine to work. 2 pods for 2 days for 2 people?? The one bed was very hard if one turned, it felt like you fell off the bed. The other room the bed was uncomfortable as in worn. The property should also put their name somewhere on the road as you would walk past it, after a mean uphill or lots of stairs

The bathroom was small but clean. We had space to hang daily washing.

- Booked room as it stated in the list of amenities that there was a fridge and a balcony. Not in our room. - Teabags were moldy. - Pillows were too hard and could be used as bricks to build a house . - if you're 5ft10 up, you will find this room cramped especially the bathroom. Think Harry Potter's bedroom under the stairs. - we had backpacks so all good, but if you have a suitcase, good luck getting it up the stairs if your room is on the upper level. Not much in our room to put said suitcases. - bring earplugs, as the church bells toll multiple times per hour from 7a to 8p and the accommodation is very close to the bell tower. Also, when people were checking in, leaving, coming back, cleaning you can hear everything. - we stayed 4 nights in the bottom floor. There were check-ins and check outs everyday for the room above that had the balcony/fridge. You would think to put the long stays upstairs and the short stays downstairs especially considering we paid the rate of a room that stated it had a balcony and fridge in the room. - The rate of the room really should have been lower for the room we got. - maybe request the room upstairs. It might be better.

Good aircon. Host sent info before we arrived so access to the property was easy. Good wifi.
