“The check in and out was awesome as they have holograms to check you in and out. Ability to change language which helped out alot.
The breakfast was amazing from the restaurant inside the hotel.”
“The room was very comfortable, well-designed, and surprisingly spacious (the largest of our Japan trip by far, and shockingly also the cheapest!). The self check-in procedure was quick and easy. There was also a well-maintained coin laundry room.
Location near Sendai station is super convenient.
We were only there for a one-night stopover, but I would have gladly stayed for longer.”
“The bath facilities were great, and the common area with microwave was quite useful for late night suppers. The manga collection in the common area is also a thoughtful and nice touch, if you are able to read Japanese. The location was even better than I thought, as it was within the hapina nakakecho shopping arcade ハピナ名掛丁 , which is covered. As for the capsules, they were spacious enough and I did not hear any snoring.”
“Really fabulous hotel, absolutely cannot fault it. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms with daily cleaning and all the complimentary amenities. There is a common bath available but I didn’t use it as I have tattoos otherwise I would have. Excellent location and lovely to have free drinks in the afternoon on the 7th floor. A 7-11 right downstairs too. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.”
“Situated in the main street of Sendai, very close to the metro, my room was on the other side of the street so it was very quiet there. Insulation is also excellent so no sounds from the neighbours could be heard. The room is super big, especially for Japanese hotels, and had its own clothes steam cabinet so you could steam them whenever you wanted. Breakfast is super delicious, there are only two options however. I was in the hotel for 2 weeks but never got tired of the pasta option.”
“Very convenient as the ryokan has a bus service to and from Sendai station directly, and also has an on-call service to send and pick up from the main bus terminal in Akiu.”
