Room was tiny compared to Japan's already smaller hotel rooms and was very hard to move around with 2 people with a suitcase each, bathroom was small and the bath itself was not full size.

Location was good, close to station, shopping and places to eat, in a very busy area and great for those that enjoy the nightlife, stayed on the 4th floor and lucky not have heard any of the street noise.

No hot coffee classic style. No toillet at 1st floor, no restroom available after checkout which is not common at all for Europe but it might be common for Asia, I don't know.

Clean, comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Fantastic location. Very good personnel. I appreciated a lot the lightening in the room. EXCELLENT!

Staff were generally too busy to help. Language is a barrier. The foyer was generally crowded and busy. And not the hotels fault but the Africans that accost you as soon as you leave the property.

Rooms can be better maintained. Hotel has a cleaning policy where u have to indicate whether u want your room to be cleaned, but u have to do this before 9am. This is difficult to do if u like to roam the city at night and sleep in abit longer in the morning.

The location was excellent. You step out of the hotel and u are directly infront of the Kabukich Tower. There outside of the hotel is very busy with a nice hustle and bustle. Around the corner from the hotel, is the famous Godzilla street. This location is fun and safe and vibes. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Rooms offer a wide range of English movies on the in-room entertainment which was great after a busy day out. There's also an in-house onsen for guests only. Be sure to try this experience.

Room is very small but its comfy, the comfort rooms are okay but at times the water is clogged

Its quite near the train station and the JR Station, there are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The area is super crowded at night

The room was small but very comfortable. However, I couldn't find any cocoa at breakfast, which was disappointing. Additionally, there were often long waits for the elevator, and sometimes it was full, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel's location in the vibrant Shinjuku district is very appealing. It's situated in an exciting area with many shops, restaurants, and stations nearby. The new tower next door also adds a modern touch to the surroundings, making it a great place to stay for convenience and entertainment.

When we arrived early, the staff lket us leave our bags but would not let us use a toilet (public toilets on first floor, not in the lobby). Some staff were quite friendly, others quite unfriendly, which is unusual for Japan. The location is very central but the crazy crowds and noise outside the hotel might not suit everyone. Unlike some other APA rooms, this one did not have a raised bed that allowed a suitcase to slide underneath it.

The room was clean and in good condition. Small, but the same size as any other comparable hotel in that area. The room was very quiet. Good location for nightlife, shopping, dining and transport (especially airport bus which stopped just across the road.

It is very warm inside the hotel room, the air conditioning can not be controlled and windows cannot be opened at all.

Noise noise noise, we were on the 4th floor and the noise was horrific, hotel needs to do more to sound proof the rooms from the outside. Check in process was automated and in personal. Drunk people in the street if you try to go for an early morning walk. Smallest room of the trip but to be expected.

Location was fantastic , easy access to everything with plenty of food options around.

The hotel was so busy that it took us a good ten minutes to get to checkout at 10am. We could only get down the lift by riding it all the way to the top floor.

Have stayed at many APA with some better than others. This APA was clean and had a great breakfast offering. Location was right in the heart of Shinjuku.

Cleanliness. I was expecting hotels in Tokyo to be a lot more clean. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom had hair from previous guests on floor.
