Perfect location and amazing view from the hotel room. Great swimming pool, hot tub and sauna

Our room was absolutely stunning with a picturesque view of Tokyo. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed using the extras provided within the room (robes, toiletries, tea selections). My husband and I also enjoyed using the hotel’s fitness center during our stay. We had ordered room service during our stay and were very impressed by the quality of the food and timing of delivery. Cerulean Hotel truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. Thank you!

I would have loved the bar on top of the building to be easily accessible and without a cover charge It would be great for guests to be able to go up and have a beer or wine, enjoy the view for 15-30 minutes . Shame it looks hardly used. Having to make a ‘booking’ to use it is a shame. No one was using it when we had a look

We did not know that the hotel eliminated its smoking room and smoking was not allowed anywhere on the premises. The nearest smoking area was in a Family Mart across the street and there was sometimes a line to get into the smoking room. There were also signs on the sidewalk prohibiting smoking. Most Japanese hotels have a smoking room, but this was not made clear to us when booking.

The location was great. It was near transportation hubs but out of the most congested areas in Shibuya. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to sleep well.

The only reason we didn’t stay the full two weeks like last year is because the bed is just a little too soft for our backs. So we only stayed four nights this time.

We stayed here last year for ten nights and decided to stay again this year because we enjoyed the service and the location. The staff are lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our evening drinks and nibbles in the lounge.

The location is excellent. Very close to Shibuya station and the buzz of Shibuya, whilst still being very quiet. Daikanyama and Nakameguro are only a short walk away. The limousine bus to and from Narita or Haneda goes directly to/ from the hotel. Very convenient. The view from the room was incredible, and the room itself was very comfortable with everything we needed. I ordered a delicious dinner through room service which came promptly. The hotel is an upscale business hotel. The staff are very professional and helpful. Housekeeping is done promptly and to a very high standard.

The hotel was huge, beautiful and very clean. The staff were remarkable. The breakfast was very tasty with many options and the bar on the top floor had a perfect view of the city. I loved staying here and will for sure stay here again if I ever go back to Tokyo.

Room Service food was Just OK - priced high for what you get and would have expected higher quality food.

Very comfortable and welcoming. I was sick when I arrived and they offered a doctor, sent up medicine, and took care of me. I slept for 2 days and then felt better.
