A little basic but the price was great for an airport hotel.

I highly suggest this hotel if arrive or lease the airport at off hours. Just a short walk to international gates. They have laundry and there's plenty of restaurants at the international terminal to eat.

On arrival we had to provide our passports. My partners was in the bottom of his suitcase. Staff would not let us take case to room to unpack and locate passport. It is inappropriate to have cases unpacked whilst searching for passport in foyer. Best to have option to send copies of passports at booking…all organised in advance. 4 of us. $600 for 2 rooms! Pricey for what it was. We paid $1000 for a 3 room, fully self contained apartment in Tokyo.

Great location and not having to worry about train transfers for early flight following morning. Facilities were suitable for overnight stay. Beds were comfortable after 2 weeks of futons! Great complimentary breakfast.

Room cleanliness was very bad. I found a leftover snack on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor and table. The breakfast is so so.

It’s very convenient if you have an early morning flight.

Very small /low pillows

Room was comfortable, kettle and fridge in room for tea, coffee and extras available in front foyer free of charge. Next time I will ask for extra pillows as the pillows are very low. Great access to the airport, all easily reached by the train. Breakfast buffet was very good and included in price.

The wifi at L6 was very intermittent, and the most disappointing for our trip at all the places we stayed at. The access card didn't work for the Fitness Room, and when I asked the frontdesk, the staff went with me to check it to prove it, and then I was told to get help when I needed it. Another customer couldn't use her card for the lift. They need to improve on the card activation system, which can be an annoyance. The pillow was too flat.

We had an early flight, so we decided to spend the night at a hotel at the airport. This hotel totally met this need, as it's a short walking distance from the Access Plaza, covered all the way. It also provided breakfast that starts at 6am, so we could have the breakfast before checking out. The room is of a reasonable size for two. The security was good, where you need the access card to use the lift.

Maybe hotel could supply some facial products in the room and also water. There is a water dispenser at the lobby, along with vending machine coffee that is avail 24hrs. However, a bit cumbersome to go down to the lobby to refill with our own water bottles.

Location was perfect for our early morning flight. Just across a link bridge. We booked standard twin room and the room.wss very spacious. We easily opened 3 of our luggages.
