Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Exceeded my expectations. For the price, got a very comfortable large room with excellent bathroom. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A brilliant place to stay if you are planning to sight see Miyazaki city. Stayed for 1 night as I passed through Miyazaki City on my way to Obi.

No provisions for car parking. Must park elsewhere at your own cost. There were car parks nearby though.

The beds are very firm.
It’s conveniently located near malls. Public parking spaces nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff Kariya. He helped me to secure a golf booking in Japanese. He is so patient and helpful. He made my stay here pleasant.

Location is extremely close to the station and very convenient. Place is very clean. Staff are very polished. Good selection of amenities at the lobby if there's anything you need. It was a comfortable 1 night stay.

Toilet smelled bad and electricity sockets had low power (phone took 3 times as much to get charged).
The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable. Huge plus for the shower/bath separate room. Staff was very friendly and available. Breakfast was great.

Everything is great.
Just a few step from jr , bus station n mall , easy to go to anywhere . We will definitily stay here if visit miyazaki . Thank for giving us nice view .

This is a very standard business hotel located next to the JR Miyazaki Station. Room was comfortable and fairly quiet, though there was some train sounds from the nearby tracks. Trains are infrequent, so this was not an issue.

Next to the train station in Miyazaki and a short walk (10 mins) to the city center with a lot of restaurants and shops. This hotel is a good place to stay, if you have plans to do travels by train. Due to a lot of travellers, in the mornig it can be a bit noisy on the floor, but its only a small issue. Since it was rainig, it was nice to have a covered arcade between the train station and the hotel 👍. I would stay here again 😄.

Size of the bedroom the bed itself and the pillows were like half beanbag half foam very uncomfortable.

their wifi tend to be unstable at times. try to alternate using their wifi and it should be fine.

The double bed is placed next to the wall. I find it inconvenience to get in/out of the bed sleeping next to the wall. Other than this minor issue, the room is very comfortable and spacious.
Loved the layout of the bathroom - with a door separating bath/shower and toilet. We have seen many permutation of layout in other hotels this trip. This one beats them all. The room was very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast can be made better.
Location is just near Miyazaki station, which is comfortable. Sleeping is very good and quiet. Room is simple but clean and has everything.
