To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very close to Kyoto station, literally a 3-5 minute walk Lawsons on the next corner and a vending machine outside for drinks You collect the cosmetics you need from reception to save on waste Staff kept our bags before and after check in and even took them to our room for us once it was ready! 3 washing machines and 3 dryers with built in detergent. Good view of Kyoto tower Powerful showers Clean and comfortable I shared the room with a friend and we had 1 big rucksack each and there was plenty of room to open our bags and move around- rare for Japan I'm told!
