That it was far from all the attractions so had to travel to them but its not their fault.

Likes that it was close to kanazawa station. It was modern and staff were very helpful and rooms and bathroom are nice

No water provided from the 1st day. Even welcome water. Staffs are welcome and talk only when we asked. Seem very discipline. Room for 4 people is a bit small but ok for family. Btw. We get charge more than booking price. Dont know why ? Feel not happy at this point.

Convenient to catch a train ,bus, taxi. Downstair with 7/11 shop. Quiet place and clean. Feel safe while walking in the night. Kanazawa is good place for relaxing with nice places to visit.

Very large room with all the amenities. Great location only a few minutes walk to the train/bus station. Good breakfast with selection Western and Japanese food. Very enjoyable stay.

I wasn’t expecting to get charged ¥200 tax per person per night. Be aware that now in some places they are doing this. I didn’t know until I got there. To be honest, do ing this to tourist before previous warning is not fair. It’s not much but it will definitely add up to your expenses!

It is close to the train station, and if you enjoy walking it’s just about 15 minutes from the station to the fish market and another 10 to the castle and the garden. Very handy location! Also it is clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Oden Restaurant wasn't open for lunch and the only place in walking distance was a 7-11, since I didn't want to walk back to the train station after dropping our bags at the hotel.

The room is clean and huge. I mean if you compare the room size to Tokyo, it is definately MUCH LARGER! All basic amenities are provided and there is complimentary bath salts that you could request from the receptionists. We booked this hotel as it is located just a few mins walk away from the Kanazawa bus station, which is located at the Kanazawa Station itself, as we need to take the early morning bus for our Shirakawago day trip.

Complimentary bottles of water are not provided. Hotel staff mentioned that we could drink from tap water, however, the tap water contained chlorine where the hotel staff recommended us to drink

The bathroom was small and outdated compared to other hotel bathrooms we’ve stayed in Japan. While clean, it was quite uncomfortable.

Strategic location. 1-minute walk to an underpass connected to Kanazawa station. Convenience store beside the hotel. Spacious room.

The hotel room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also a good spread and most food items were tasty. Location was near to kanazawa train station so access was very easy. Also lots of food options nearby including a convenience store just beside the hotel.

Room is really spacious! Furnishings looks clean and new plus bed is pretty comfortable. It is located near Kanazawa station and there is a convenience store next to the hotel. Visiting the sights in the city can be done easily by boarding the Kanazawa Loop Bus at Kanazawa station (15mins interval). Also, the hotel comes with a library and a gym as well. (its on the 4th floor)

- for those looking for a Western breakfast skip the hotel restaurant for breakfast. The choice is very poor and limited and even the Japanese options looked very unappealing compared to other hotels. Restaurant looks rather jaded

+ Ridiculously large rooms but still well proportioned and comfortable. Nice seating area with armchairs and footrests to rest those weary feet’s after a whole day of sightseeing + excellent location 5 mins away from JR and bus stations

The noise was horrendous from the construction right beside our room. They start using diggers at 8am all day, even in the pouring rain. The heat in the room was unbearable and were told to open the windows as temp is controlled downstairs. This added to the noise. I would not stay here again.

Located near Kanazawa station if you need that. Large clean room. The parking garage men were very nice.
