We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhat impressed me: 1. Very good breakfast, decent view of the city from the restaurant on the top floor 2. 1-minute walk from Kanayama station 3. Main attractions are easily accessible by metro 4. Nice bathroom, much better than many Japanese hotels of the same rank. 5. Having an onsen is always a plus.

Excellent location, with only a few minutes walking distance to the train station. Hot baths was a bonus for us, kids really liked it. Breakfast was also good, if you sit at the terrance there are good views to outside.

United KingdomBreakfast was advertised as 7.00 to 9.30. To us as British people we assumed that meant you could arrive for breakfast just before 9.30 and stay and eat. However in Japan it means breakfast is cleared away and the restaurant closed at 9.30, so you do need to be there about half an hour earlier.
Clean and modern. Good size double bed, comfortable. There are smaller rooms but our room was fine for 2 people. Bathroom very well equipped. Although in a busy area bedrooms were quiet and peaceful. Restaurant on 10th floor has great views across the city to mountains beyond. Very close to Kanayama train station with rail connection direct to Chubu airport and underground trains across Nagoya.
