There is a bit of noise due to the train line that is below the hotel

The amazing view, the conciergerie to help book restaurants, the confortable bed, the location close to the metro and walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji Market.

Kinda expensive and the lobby is on 24th floor which means you need to use 2 elevators every time you wanna go to your room

Location is great next to Ginza and rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards . Staff are super nice

The gym was little too small. If they can make it bigger, that will be fantastic. I wanted to stay longer but the price went up 3 times higher and check out was 1100am. If they can do 1200, that will be great without additional cost. The cost is quite high anyway, I was little surprised to charge JPY2500/hr.

It was excellent hotel to stay. I cannot see anything wrong.

Bar closes too early - Friday night at 10 p.m.? Many people were there….

Room was great - with real dishes, coffee, etc besides comfortable bed, lighting, and bathroom. Bar - cocktails were exceptional.

We loved the hotel, location and amazing staff! Also, the view of our room with the Tokyo Tower and an unexpected amazing bonus was the view of Mt Fuji! Unforgettable stay at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic!

The only downside was the size of room. I know many rooms in Japan, Tokyo especially, are small but it did feel quite tight. Other than that our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

Gorgeous hotel in an excellent location. The view from the bar was lovely both at night and during the day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were all very nice, we particularly liked the pyjamas provided.

Sound proofing not very good. We sleep with earplug so not and issue at all, but sounds from traffic and train traveled very easily to our floor. Air ventilation very dusty and visible stains on the carpet.

Location was great for first timers in Tokyo. Easy access from Haneda. View from out hotel room was amazing!! Staff also very kind and hotel bar has great view!

As I had just picked it from the internet , we were so happy with the selection as the room was very cute and clean and whilst a double bed seems small to what we normally have , it was extremely comfortable . Breakfasts were great and the staff went above and beyond to making our stay as comfortable as possible . Will come back for sure .

Even though I stay on the 31st floor, the train sound is a little noisy because it is very close to the train station.

The location is great, very close to the station. The economy double room with a Tokyo Tower view is a great value. The room is larger than average compared to the cost and location.
