Amazing from top to bottom, the people's working there were the cutes, always smiling and had good chats becouse of the perfect english.loved every moment, the room was a traditional room, we were accomodated when had a friend staying with us, they gave us a gift. We'll come back next year!

Location is very convenient, close to train station, minimarkets and restaurants. For moslem travellers it is easy to find halal food in the neighborhood. hotel crew is very helpful and friendly. Room is japanese style, comfortable and clean. Keep up the good work

The location is fantastic, so close to Shinjuku but quiet. Owners are helpful and lovely. Bedding comfortable. Very close to train station and lots of great eateries around.

Nothing. We were here for 2 nights, so we only had carry-on luggage . Which is probably for the best, it is a business hotel.We were taken care of if we were paying Paris Hilton prices.

The only drawback - we were in the ground flor near the alley, we like our window open at night but guests smoked in the alley outside the front door near our room, and we could smell the smoke. It would not affect you if you had the windows closed though. Else we loved everything…

Everything was perfect for the price!

Ryokan style room for half of the price of an actual ryokan. Great quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and a 24 hour desk certainly helps. Close to the station and a short walk into Shinjuku for bars and restaurants.

Perfect location and accessible to the Shin-Okubo station, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants. We also love our room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all necessities like toiletries. Most of all, we love how hospitable and helpful the staff are :) Will definitely stay here again given the chance! ありがとうございます!

I didn't find anything I didn't like.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They kept our bags even after checking out so we could explore the city. The hotel is located in a good area with a lot of things going on and close to the train station. The room is cozy and a great place to spend the night.

There is no lift so luggage needs to be carried up and down the staircase. Staff did offer to help which was very kind.

We had a very good stay here for our last four nights in Tokyo. Location was excellent as it was only less than 5 minutes walk to Shin Okubo station. The room was quite spacious for the price that we paid. There was a room separate to bedroom where we put our luggage which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The futons were comfortable to sleep on. The room was spacious enough and clean. The staff was amazing and very friendly. There was laundry & dryer for 100 yen, which was helpful. There was AC, which kept the room warm. Location was great, 5 mins away from Yamanote Line (connecting all important points of Tokyo). Next time we come to Tokyo, we'll stay at this place again.

The location was great its very close to korea town and shin okubo jr station. The staff was very friendly and so helpful they were very kind to keep our luggage for a week while we were visiting other cities. So that was a great experience to stay there highly recommneded.

I like the location the most. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room is decent and clean. They clean our room everyday and change our towels everyday. Its been our second time to book them because we were satisfied from our first. Love that its cheap, cheapest I found.

there are stairs, so please note for those w big luggage. the room we got is a bit old with door cabinets that can’t be closed, and takes up space when we are seating down as they keep swinging open . so we bump our heads onto it sometimes which is frustrating
