The owners should invest to renovate this hotel especially in the interior. It's worth it.

The bed is not comfortable. The room is pretty small and basic. Need to open the window to get good air cirulation. It is a quiet area.The restaurants close early compared to the more crowded area like umeda or namba. No much beer drinking pub, mostly sake and wine bar.

The price is cheap and it is close to shin osaka so it is convenient if you travel outside osaka by train. Buffet breakfast is cheap and amazing. Staff is nice. Variety of free tea.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, the staff extraordinarily helpful and polite. Definitely a recommendation for a short stopover from KIX to Shin-Osaka.

Regular guest here and always made to feel very welcome by the staff. Location is good near Metro and a short walk to Shin Osaka. Plenty of services nearby. Always a good choice for a single traveller. Multiple english speakers on the desk make things easy for this monoglot!

Great location not far from the JR station, only 15 mins to Kyoto. Nice clean rooms. Food and drink options available downstairs.

The front street view proved to be a blessing and a curse as it meant every vehicle possessing a siren or other audio device was incredibly noisy. I found the bed to be hard and the pillows uncomfortable. I was pretty unimpressed that the laundry "room" was outside in the car park and exposed to the elements. It was pretty aggravating to have to hand my key in every time I had to leave the hotel. While not a fault of the hotel, I was not happy about the Osaka stealth tax (introduced in 2017). Certain amenities (comb, etc) that are normally free in most hotels were charged for here. The hotel itself was a bit too far from Shin-Osaka for my liking.

The room was pretty spacious and had a decent view of the front street (more on that later). I quite liked the desk and the secondary fold-out chair. Wi-Fi speed was fast. The cleaning staff were quite friendly and the front desk was always manned.

There were a lot of amenities in the lobby but i recall they were mostly paid, cheap prices anyway. The bed was a bit stiff for my likes but this is a matter of tastes.

The location is perfect if you plan to travel daily using the Shinkansen trains, because with a few minutes walk there is the Nishi-Nakajima Minamigata subway station which brings you to Shin-Osaka station in less than 2 minutes. The same line brings you also in the heart of Osaka, Namba and Dotonbori, in around 20 minutes or less. The room was big enough for a single person, cleaning service every day and all the needed stuff was in the room.

I booked a smoking room accidentally and I just found out after that (which is my fault). However, as I was ready to check out, I accidentally encounter cigarette butts while I was double-checking everything, under my bed the whole time I spend my nights there. It seems that they did not clean that part of the room. It was fine if it was just one cigarette but this is in a huge amount. Some of them look really old, which indicates that it has not been cleaned for a long time. About the bed, I can feel the spring of it and have a hole in a specific area. Makes my body hurt after waking up. The other bed is dusty because I sleep alone, I expect they clean it as well despite I booked for 1 adult.

The staff is really helpful. They clean my room but I forgot to pack my bag so my valuable stuff was all over the place. Surprisingly, none of them were missing and they did not seem to touch my personal belonging. The check-in is quite fast and easy. The booking as well. I love how near it is to the 24 convenience store which is just behind the hotel.

I thought the hotel room could have been cleaned a bit better. I noticed quite a bit of dirt on the floor/smudges on the mirror etc.

The price was good, and the location useful for quick access to Shin Osaka station and central Osaka via the Mudosuji line. Shower was pretty powerful, and they give you a second thick pillow as standard. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff were polite.

The fact that I couldn't open my window. I have asthma and not being able to open the window to let fresh air in, It's not helpful.

The station is literally 3 minutes away from the hotel, and that to me is perfect, especially because I had to catch the shinkansen to Hiroshima, so there was no need to travel a lot. The hotel is super clean, and they give you clean towels on a daily basis.
