It is 15 min walk to Jr station and metro station. Mostly tall work buildings. Not fun to stroll. Breakfast dont have much choice to eat if you arent Japanese. Rooms are small, no drawers or closets to put clothes anywhere. You have to go back to bathroom so other person can get to other side of the room. 2 people cant pass at the same time. (Thats always the case unless you pay double in Japan). I wish they had ice machine.

The hotel has a 17-19 free wine sake snack time. We were always away so couldnt use it but its so nice gesture. Staff is always helpful, smiling. Bath and room was bigger than Japan standards. Rooms were quiet and super clean. Free water everyday. Tv has netflix and youtube. Good wifi. Can leave luggages before and after checkin. Staff speaks moderate English in reception.

+ Convenient amenities: Laundry room with iron, washer, and dryer. + Quiet: The windows were noise isolating even though it's near a train. + Luggage storage: It's a safe place to store luggage. + Staff: The team was so polite. + Happy Hour: They have a happy hour with free drinks in the lobby. + Paid Breakfast: There were multiple options from bread (Western) to hot dishes (Japanese) for breakfast, which was worth the value.

The room was small and the facilities were relatively basic. Shower temperature fluctuated (also a sign of old facility) but considering the price and location, I enjoyed my stay

Wish the bed was a bit bigger

I like the happy hours with free wine and sake. Check in was absolutely smooth, same way as check out. The room is small but cozy.

The size of the room could have been bigger, however this is something that is not an easy fix, along with clothes storage.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was something to look forward to every morning with the added bonus of being able to access brushes, washers, tea bags etc. on a fully stocked trolley throughout the day; at no extra cost. Paying the extra for breakfast was well worth the expense. The location was perfect and we were within walking distance of Tamachi train Station. We made full use of the laundry during our stay and were able to pack lighter. Using our Suica card was a bonus in being able to pay for laundry was appreciated as well. We took advantage of the luggage forwarding service and staff were very helpful.

The room cleaning service when requested only changed towels and dustbins. The bed and other things were untouched. Although this isn't a deal breaker.

The mattress gave me a slight lower back pain, I think I am used to mattress with more support.

Although this hotel is not in the popular location such as Ginza, Shibuya or Shinjuku, we actually think the location is pretty good. About 10 mins walk to Tamachi Station, and you can get to all these popular location within 20 mins. On top of that it is a green line and it is the only underground line you can use your JR pass! So we took advantage for that. Also it is very cost effective compared to hotels in the other popular locations. The hotel is nice and clean, and very good sound proofing although next to an underground station (perhaps it is also the side of the hotel we are staying). There are also convenience stores nearby and some nice restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

The breakfast was same everyday for 4 days.

Very good rooms and the amenities.Good location near to the public transport. Complimentary evening drinks was a good value addition.
