The rugs looked a little bit gross. I guess some guests spill their drinks all over the place, it's weird. I would prefer a tile floor, just easier to keep clean. Minor issue here.

There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel, the shuttle bus picks you up and drops you off just in front of the hotel. That is super handy, and I wish it was more obvious to me that was the case! The bus is super comfortable, and it is a slightly long ride of 1h30m but at the bargain price compared to a taxi, or lugging check-in luggage around town on the Seoul metro, I think it's a great deal. The location is really good, but it is far from the rest of Seoul. We came here for a city trip to Seoul, but we didn't realize Seoul was HUGE. This hotel is value compared to hotels in the heart of Seoul, for sure, but be prepared to spend a lot of time on line 2.

It was felt like the lights was not enough in the whole room. In the bathroom you cant put on your make up properly.

The bed was convenient, I had enough space for my chlothles and I liked the bathroom. The staff was nice too. Beside the bad lights this accomodation was really good.

The WiFi is a little slow on some days.

Staff are friendly and spoke fluent english. The location is good and there were a lot of stores nearby, including a supermarket right beside the accomodation. There is also an airport shuttle stop right outside the hotel!

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Clean and room in tiptop condition. We left a laptop bag when we checked out and had to turn back to get it. The front desk staff was very alert and immediately kept it for us. Kudos to their attentiveness.

The room’s furniture is a bit worn out. And the room’s air was very very dry (as you cannot open the window).

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel room itself is bright thanks to big windows and has a good size and layout. The bed comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful; especially the cleaning and room service staff - they are super attentive.

I do not know if the AC was working or not, my room was always hot, range between 25-26.5 C for me this is hot. I called the from desk and a gentleman came and changed the filter from the ceiling, that did not solve the problem 😕. The breakfast was not very good and expensive.
