Frangipani Beach Villa is the best place we have ever been so far in our Sri Lanka tour😍. The swimming pool just in front of the ocean!!! We loved chilling there specially night time, under the star light. The food was amazing, both veg and non veg options (not spicy, just perfect 😉). Seafood portion was huge!! Room and surrounded area was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom standard was high. Room comfy and well furnished. The beach front gives breathtaking views and super nice holiday vibes. Having dinner with ocean wave sound and view was fantastic. Highly recommended💖

A bit noisy air conditioning just outside the rooms

Amazing place! It looks inconspicuous from the road, but don't be fooled. A wonderful beach bar by the ocean, with delicious food, great service, slowlife atmosphere. The children also loved the swimming pool. You can really relax there! We highly recommend it

This accommodation is really well located. You've got a direct access to the beach, you take your breakfast looking at the sea. You are just 10 minutes walk from the city center where you can either do "shopping", eat something or take a bus. The water pressure is good and bonus, you've got hot water. We travelled for 6 months and it's a pleasure to take a good shower at the end of the day. The staff is helpful and kind, especially with my two daughters. We'll definitely come back here, it's the best spot to chill and relax.

Lovely spot to spend the last few days of our trip. Leisurely breakfast watching the fisherman bring in their catch. Lazy days on the beach soaking up the sun. Room was comfortable, staff were attentive and helpful.

Very cool place directly on the beach with access to a private beach and beach bar/restaurant.The breakfast and food/drinks there are super tasty - you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Perfect for chilling. The staff is super friendly. I had a soare throat and they helped me out immediately. You can also book some trips with them - we did a safari. I also used the wifi at the restauran/bar to get some work done without any problems. I am already thinking about coming back for another couple of days :)

Rooms are basic but large comfortable and we had air con. Just what we need. Breakfast is amazing and fills you up. We are right on the beach and had a pool such an advantage. Staff made the place so friendly and worked really hard. Special shoutout to Saranga and Hasitha

Frangipani Beach Villa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived and were served an ice cold drink on the beach it felt like a home away from home. Good sized rooms, very clean pool, excellent breakfast, and the perfect location were all topped off by first class from service from the team. I am strongly recommend that Booking .com reevaluate the quality and the prices for the properties that they promote on their site! In my opinion what I booked on booking.com is not worthying the money requested and its not matching the words the room is described on the site!

Initial the Booking.com booking room was simply ....not fitting the money paid for it and the description on the site. First reaction was to leave and book somewhere else. The manager, SARANGA, saw our dissapointed faces and immediately proposed us a new deal . The high rate I evaluate this property is due to Saranga's skills in client satisfaction and not the booking .com site 's room evalution!

Pool went green after a few days but a nice spot nevertheless, 50 metres down the beach.

Swimming is really difficult in the sea because of the big waves, especially if you have kids. We knew that the pool was located in a different facility nearby. However, we were very disappointed when we realized the pool belonged to a deserted hotel and it was really dirty. The owner said the pump was broken, but I think it is just how it is. He apologised and was really nice about it and also gave us a discount because of it but if we knew bout it before, we wouldn't book this hotel. We ended up doing day trips to Goyambokka and Hiriketiya because it was safe for swimming. Overall, we had a great time st Frangipani, just to inform if swimming/pool is important to you.

I really like the location, it was near to everything and the restaurant area is really nice. The staff was really nice, the breakfast was really good. The rooms had a nice balcony with a view of the ocean.
