We thought that we rented a house and not a flat in a building so maybe it would be nice to be more explicit in the picture and description of the place about it !

The flat was very cozy and well furnished ! It was perfect for our stay since it was located near the main attraction to see !

Its a very personal experience , i fell that the mattress is soft and sink .But overall is satisfy .

Easy and fast to collect the key for check in / check out . Admin reply very fast if you have queries . House is clean . utilities is very good .

Better blankets and pillows. Longer shower curtains so that the water will not go through to other parts of bathroom. Hand towels and more tissue paper available would have been great.

We had issues with accessing the place because the keypad lock code given to us was wrong and the host was not responding to me. But after I got him, he apologised and had us try a different code which worked.

Have a standard size refrigerator instead of a mini. Besides the coziness, I chosed this apartment because the kitchen is well equipped and we planned to cook during our stay. But the mini fridge did not allow us to keep fresh food especially when there is no freezer. If the kitchen is well equipped then there should also be a normal fridge to keep the food fresh.

[Personal opinion] -a bit of weird smell on all the towels provided, suggest to bring your own -water pressure was a bit low and hot water is not hot enough on a cold night 😅

Second room - uncomfortable mattress and smelt/felt damp. Had to open window and fan on to improve this Second bathroom - small, toilet smelt unclean Kids room smelt damp on arrival also Tiny bar fridge No washing machine

Poor check in-out process. The manager have just ignored you without any guidance; we've been lingered outside the security gate for an hour without any attendance.My first bad experience with Booking.com accomodations. Swimming pool was dirty without any maintenance.Security was troublesome

There was no nearby laundrymat near the homestay. The view of the balcony facing the visitor carpark and hill.

The location was good and quiet. The location was near a new mall. Currently the highest homestay at Brinchang.
