One of the bedt hospitality experinces I have ever had The hotel staff are exceptional The in room amenities are all state of the art and new The minibar and complementary personal hygiene equipment are all of high quality The beach is clean. The best of all is the design and decoration they are breath taking.

Great getaway from the city. Simple but clean rooms. Tony was a great host and it was nice to meet other people from around the world. Lots to do and eat in the area, as it's very close to some important attractions in the region.

It's very hot in the non-AC rooms (even with the fan on) and there are many mosquitoes. Rooms have nets on the windows, which is thoughtful, but some will still get inside when opening the door. Unless you rent one of the AC rooms (there are some!), there's no way to escape the heat.

customer service isn't the best. I asked for an extra blanket, was told they'll send it the next day, then after waiting for 1 day, they said they're out of blankets :)

The front office staff have really poor service due to the customer requested room and the things that already told them earlier before checking in. End of the day it feels very disappointed with the front office staff that keeps do the same mistake over and over again when I check into the hotel. Please listen to what customers ask for and don't just annoyed customers what customers request, We are paying for our stay in your hotel and we are not staying in your hotel for free. Please act, think, and service like a professional.
