The hotel is old. Although they are doing lots of renovation the rooms are is still outdated and wornout somehow. Cleanliness can be improved a lot.

The hotel seemed doesn't have any basement parking and the parking space provided was an open space. They provided a buggy service to travel from the lobby to the car park as it is up hill, hence quite challenging to walk with your luggage to the lobby. In the bathroom, there's also a hand shower in the bath tub and also a sliding door which opened up the room. The problem is if you shower in the bath tub, chances are the water will spill onto the sliding door and eventually form a water puddle on the wooden floor in the room itself. Probably the management might want to re-look on this design.

Nice cool hotel on top of the hill. I managed to get a view (through some trees) of the Putrajaya skyline and Putra Mosque, if I'm not mistaken. Smooth checking-in and courteous staff from concierge. They gave me room at level 3 i.e. same level as the lobby/reception, no need to take a lift. All in working conditions i.e. lights, air-conditioning, TV etc. The room was not new and modern but well maintained with some refurbishment. The bathroom had bath tub and also a separate shower closet. Quite convenient as some hotels you have to shower in the bath tub. It was Ramadhan and I didn't take the sahur/breakfast option but I did ordered through room service. I'm quite impressed with the ordering through an apps, they responded through the chat box to confirm on my order and even by phone call to double confirm certain things. And the food was wonderful with reasonable portion even though a bit pricey. And they said the room service is 24 hours even in other months than Ramadhan, as most of the hotels I had been limit to 9pm for last order.

for 1 day 1 night, a comfortable, peaceful place for the family. Booked the wrong room but it's ok, the kids had enough fun. -The swimming pool is not big but comfortable and safe to monitor.

The rooms are large. I also like the Location which is in a secluded area. More importantly, The Big Plus point about this hotel is the excellent service by their frontliners. They are friendly and most responsive to customer’s enquiries and requests.

One of our room too warm, even after technician said he bypassed the centralised control, the condition still no changed. Fridge too small. We choose hill view room, but actually is no view. Hotel is under refurbishment so most of the facilities was closed including swimming pool, gym & spa. Breakfast with a lots of variety but mostly taste average.

Good Hospitality & customer service. Nice room with comfy bed. Great location to explore Putrajaya.

All was perfect but I must mention my experience at the restaurant (downstairs restaurant) was very poor. Staff was barely available, long waiting time, undercooked chicken which could have been very dangerous. But the hotel itself was OK

Even if when I visited in november 2023, there were ongoing works my stay was very smooth. The staff at reception is very efficient and kind. The hotel is bit dated but you can find a touch you can rarely find "modern" hotels
