I specifically requested a quiet room, however they placed me right opposite the lifts which made it impossible for me to have a full night sleep. There was also a sewage smell in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff, the room was big, comfortable clean bedding and the amenities were refilled daily without having to ask. The location was superb and in the heart of a bustling shopping and dining area.

It was strangely difficult to borrow an umbrella, we had to talk to 3 different staff members and fill in a form. Suggest this process could be streamlined.

We had an issue with our booking upon checking in, a mix up over what type of room we had booked and our check in time - the hotel manager, Faizal, dealt with this issue very well and we were satisfied with the outcome and level of customer service. The breakfast was really good. We really liked the gym and the pool area. Drinks and food at the pool were not crazy expensive which was nice.

We don't know how to adjust the air-con in the room as it keeps fluctuating from 22 to 27 making the room warm. The telephone in room 913 was not working as we cannot receive incoming calls and we don't know to make outgoing calls. Had to ask for it to be fixed.

The staff (young Chinese lady) on duty on 7 May 2024 afternoon who attended to our check-in was very helpful. We had to book another room during the check-in for our friends who decided to stay together at the same hotel. She guided us how to book online. After the online booking came through your system, another counter helped us to check-in the second room and everything when smoothly. Our rooms 913 and 911 check-in 7 May depart 9 May. We highly recommend your reception staff for their excellent service.

There was quite a wait at the reception desk on multiple occasions due to being understaffed, however I was really pleased with the service.

The room was excellent and had everything we required. The bed was very comfortable and overall the room was very quiet due to the double glazed windows.

The room was really clean but I didn’t quite like that there’s no ventilation I understand that the windows were seal shut due to safety reasons but for a clusterphobe like me I wouldn’t stay for too long. A day or two is enough for me.

I love the ambience it’s so calm and the hotel smells so good in every inch of the place. Loved the breakfast buffet food was really nice. The pool had cute gazebo where u could just chill before u have a dip in the pool.

There are two areas suggested to be improved. (1) There is foul drain smell coming out from shower cubicle. (2) There is no shelves/drawers.

The location is great and value for money. The bedding is clean, and the bed is very large. There s a good sofa, too. The design is modern.

Checkin take time around 20min.

Nice decoration in the room with good lighting and mirrors, spacious for two ppl and two luggage. The shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are very good quality. There are many plug sockets including universal socket make our life very conveneint. Staff were nice and allow us to early checkin at 1PM.

the parking area is too small, had to use the valet parking and soo expensive rm35 per entry. food for sahur were too few in quantity and variety - not worth for breakfast price. we also had to request them to refill other wise they wont refill it.

hot water overwhelming while cold water pressure too low, took too long to shower. toilet door was spoilt and unable to lock.
