They didn't provide towel for Dorm. And in the afternoon, the air condition was turn off. But it's okey. I just back to my room to put my shopping things.

The location is close to KL Sentral. The staff is helpfull. I stayed here many times. I asked for lower bunk bed and they gave me, even it's not exactly right hahhahaa..

Not very cosy to hang out. Staff on my day of arrival seemed really annoyed at getting a customer for check in, but other members of staff were polite during my stay. Air conditioning at night is extremely cold, prepare to sleep fully dressed! Would also be good if the reception/café opened a little earlier, I was in KL for activities every day and by 8:00 I had already had to leave.

Great location and price. Generous closing time of 02:00 by the reception/café. There is soap in the shower, a nice bonus. A socket by the bed is also convenient.

The AC was set a little cold for the dorm

I booked this hostel because of its proximity to KL Sentral and therefore easy connections to the rest of the city and the airport for an early flight. Initially I thought the hostel looked quite stark in terms of the dorm rooms but after my initial thoughts I really liked this hostel. Plenty of hot water to shower and the cafe is a really good community area with the hosts/owner extremely helpful about how to get to various places etc. in fact one night we went on an impromptu tour of the night market together. The cafe has hot and cold water for drinks etc and a fridge for the use of the residents. The Owner is constantly trying to improve his hostel and asking for opinions of guests on what they think. I’m intending to back in KL in May and will definitely stop here and I suspect it would have improved more by then. Definitely value for money and you can’t get a better location for links to The Petronas Towers, Batu caves and the airport links.

Walls are paperthin. We had a two-person room and on our first nights we were clearly lucky with quiet guests around us. Two weeks later when we stayed again we had people tiktokking on full volume, having phone conversations on speaker and whatnot in rooms next to ours. This is partly to blame on whack behavior - some people really live in their own little bubble. On the other hand you should be able to expect walls to have some soundproof capacity. The walls might just as wel not be there. The place could really benefit from improved soundproofing. It would make the place which is already great a no-brainer to stay at.

Good location close to KL Sentral, great spots to eat across brickfields which - if you like your indian dishes - is great. Laundry nearby and good facilities. Check-in and out was straightforward.

only given one key for the two of us. Especially when there were times that we need to be separated.

Its quite strategic as it is close to the main station. Food is always available event at midnight and there are convenient stores opening late if we need something.

I was in a mixed room. As a young female I felt a bit uncomfortable surrounded by only men (some much older)... did not feel like a place for travellers. Better take the female-only next time.

Be sure to specify room with window when booking: the cheaper rooms don't have any!

Have stayed here before when in transit...conveniently close to Sentral for bus to airport. basic but clean affordable hostel. Have only stayed in private room so can't comment on dorms. Lot's of good cheap eats nearby in Brickfields.

The bathrooms were being maintained. It looked a bit shabby. There were no curtains on the beds for privacy, so some people put their own blankets and even plastic bags. You get what you pay for, so it isn't so bad.

The location was convenient. Easy to find. Low cost. The cafe had good coffee.
