The facilities for the kids and also the staff’s attitudes, especially the housekeeping team on 14th floor, they were really prompt and efficient.

Room and facilities are wonderful. Staffs are attentive and helpful. Ample parking space. We were allowed for late checkout before 2pm. This allowed us ample time to walk to KLCC for shopping.

Please place anti-slip mats around the area. A couple incidents included children tripping by the edge of the pool. To avoid a hard landing into shallow water, the children's slide has to have a padded mat placed at the end of the slide tunnel.
The super friendly staff and the mini theme park pool is definitely the main reason people keep coming to this hotel. The staff from front office, f&b and pool staff was sincere and dedicated to their work. The registration was smooth and front office staff was very accommodating. The breakfast spread was quite nice with varieties of international and locals.

Singapore1 review“Unfortunately, we chose Renaissance coz of pool & play area but only went once coz its overcrowded.”(1) The pool and play area are very family friendly; but, we observed that more than half the crowd were not hotel guests and that explains why its so crowded all the time! Expected a 5 star hotel to be more exclusive for the rates you are charging and more stringent on the entry of public who are not hotel guests. (2) The pool toilets were dirty and not maintained properly. There wasnt any hand soap and tissue in the toilet and, only 2 very dirty toilets for such a big crowd. (3) The bar fridge in our room were well stocked. However, our in laws who booked the suite were surprised that their bar fridge werent stocked at all! For our next trip we are considering other 5 star properties instead!
(1) The pool and play area is huge and very inviting. (2) The breakfast was upto expectation for a 5 Star Hotel. (3) It is very family oriented. (4) The staff were extremely polite and engaging,
