Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room is pretty small we stayed one night with small backpacks if you travel with big luggages not fitted (there is no space).
The central position 24hrs check in good for a short stay. Small and cosy.

Noise from outside... Because it's the center of Poznań. And squeaky bed)))
Great location, clean and nice! Perfect and easy check in! Everything you need to stay for a short time. Beautiful window view!

A bit of smoke smell when entering the apartment, disappeared after ventilation.

You can't sleep with two people in the beds!!! I don't understand why you save money on the blanket? The bed is big enough, but the blanket is for one person! Also, very thin mattress, but that would be ok. Just replace the blanket for 2 people. There was a bass going on until 2am, though it said that the silent hours start at 22.
The location is top notch. The apartment is big and clean. It was warm, and the shower was good.

One downside are paper thin walls. Could hear every word and movement of my neighbours.

The bathroom is shared by all guests. It is not easy to find an intercom to open the entrance gate.

Location is excellent. Rooms was clean and the bathroom really good. Only minus would be the difficulty to find the apartment for the first time. Well, the guidanse was good and I might be the idiot in this case. But anyways, I recommend this place!

The only disadvantage was an internet connection. Very unstable, it was almost impossible to use.
The place itself is great, so stylish and clean! I loved the room in general, the bed also was super comfortable. The shower and the toilet are really beatutiful.

Very noisy, bad isolation between the rooms. Acces not easy to find, indications given were wrong for the entrance code. Bed is for 2 but duvet is a 1 person so very small for 2 and no heater.
Location was perfect, room was clean and bathroom big and clean. Nice basic equipments in the kitchen.

We expected a private kitchen, as stated in the description, but it was actually a shared kitchen on a floor with three rental rooms. Which was fine, but should have been stated. The kitchen could also have been a little more well equipped. Also some hangers for the clothes rack would have been great.
Fresh, clean and renovated. Spacious. Perfect location. Also curtains had been put up! (At least in our room, 19B)

It would have been bettter to have a few more plates and pots in the kitchen. The duvet for the double bed was single size.
Nice cosy room in the heart of Poznan. The place has been recently renovated and the availability of a kitchen makes it even more practical.

-The room has neither closet nor curtains. -The kitchen has neither an oven nor a microwave and the stoves do not work, so it was not possible to cook during the entire stay. There is no washing machine. -Fourth floor without elevator. -It is not an apartment but a private room in a shared flat. A bit expensive.
-The accommodation is the same as the photos. -It is quite clean and tidy. -It is renovated, quite new. -It is in a good location -If you have any questions, they answer quickly to messages.

Guests next door were completely DISRESPECTFUL. They stayed all night talking in a loud voice + from 5am onwards, they started shouting, banging doors, and SMOKING. The beds were uncomfortable as the mattress was extremely thin. Bed sheets was for single bed, so we were not able to cover properly at night (has to use my clothes to keep me warm) I went to try to make a coffee and by my surprise there were not cups of any sort. I message the owner to inform about our bad experience, specially because of the Jesus next door and he didn’t replay at all. Bad managing!!!

On Friday it was all night boom boom - not comfortable to sleep until 4 - 5 o'clock in the morning because of the night club
